Zhuo Erica Liu, MD, PhD

Hi, Dr. Liu is an amazing physician. She listens. She answers questions respectfully and carefully. She's a very caring physician. She always asks how you're feeling, what can she do for you. She asks about your mental health, as well as your physical health, as well as any outside doctors such as nephrology or, you know, eye doctors. She gives you referrals to get mammograms and things of that nature. She's just a very caring individual and I would highly recommend her.

Dr Liu takes her time to explain things and is very thorough. She is kind and patient and I trust her.

I am truly thankful for Dr. Liu; she's been a blessing! The team at the Jen Center is so kind and helpful!

Awesome experience

Dr. Liu was very professional and thorough. Since this was the first time I had seen her, she was interested in knowing my medical background and history. Her questions and subsequent explanations were descriptive and helpful.

I have been visiting my PCP for years so it's like seeing an old friend.

She listened to my concerns and took prompt action.

Very respectful and responsive to my medical needs. Sometimes hard to understand her speech through the mask she wore, but always clarified when asked.

She is personable, compassionate, and she listens attentively with no judgment and follows through with providing resources and/or referrals to help me get on track with my health. Dr.zhuo Lui is an excellent doctor. I know my needs are always taken care of. She is thoughtful and professional. I always am seen quickly w appointments given in a timely manner. She is a great asset to Brigham and Mass General Hospital.

I'm very happy with Dr. Liu and the practice. At my last visit, and this was somewhat unusual, the front desk staff were curt. I felt like I was bothering them. Nothing serious, just a matter of a little more attention to politeness and trying to be helpful. Most in the practice are wonderful, could just have been a bad day.

Dr. Erica Liu is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She radiates comfort and warmth in combination with her expertise and great skills. She has the ability to think broadly and specifically at the same time and often gives just good concrete advice. I appreciate how she has followed me over the years so she is aware of the progression of my disease but remains encouraging and thorough regarding all other morbidities, so that we don't accidentally miss something. I really appreciate her willingness to listen and i see the evidence that she herself is always learning and growing as a physician. Her humility is one reason why she remains so skilled: she is super smart but she always wants to do better and find out everything she can to help. I was surprised that I got all my questions answered because normally there is not enough time for that at other appointments, but she makes sure to make time for sharing knowledge and makes me feel better just for having gone to the doctor.

Dr. Liu is a wonderful doctor and her office staff have been very welcoming and kind to deal with.
