Was very kind and accommodating, as well as explaining everything I was looking to do very clearly and answer any questions

I saw Zachary Walker last week for a hycosy. He's not my doctor. My doctor is Dr. [redacted], but he was really wonderful. I was a little bit nervous to have a male doctor and immediately he made me feel very comfortable and disarmed me and was able to answer all of my questions and told me exactly what was going to happen and also told me that at any point we could stop or take a pause if I felt uncomfortable or felt pain. He was just really lovely and the nurse, the tech or the nurse who did my ultrasound right beforehand was also really wonderful and had great energy and the two of them seemed to have really good communication.

Dr. Walker (thought it was Walkin?) was extremely kind, patient and sympathetic during a difficult day.

We drive from Vermont. Dr. Walker knows this and we got there over an hour early for our appointment and due to worrying about the traffic. But when we got there, we asked if we could check in, if he would be able to see us early, and he made that happen. And it was really nice that he saw us as promptly as he could because he knew that we had to get back on the road. So he always goes the extra distance for us.

My experience with Dr. Walker was really wonderful. I was very fearful of the potential pain from my procedure and he was so understanding and patient with me. He was so gentle and made it honestly such an easy experience. I'm so grateful!

We absolutely love Dr. Walker. He is caring, deeply attentive, a great listener. I was pretty scared to come to a reproductive endocrinologist after repeated miscarriages and some very dismissive experiences from health care providers (including, unfortunately, a nurse from Brigham and Women's reproductive clinic in our initial month with Dr. Walker). Dr. Walker has consistently made me feel heard, including by acknowledging the behavior of the nurse and removing her from our messages. He validates my physical and mental health experiences and rejoices with our joy. Thank you for caring, Dr. Walker!

I sometimes get nervous around doctors, and my fertility history makes visiting reproductive doctors especially fraught. Visiting Dr. Walker was a gift. He listened attentively, validated my experiences, and spoke with humor and clarity in getting my medical history and explaining our treatment options. I felt so much better about the idea of continuing fertility treatments knowing he is leading our care team.
