Excellent Dr. Great care. Wonderful nursing staff

Dr Isaac is one of the most impressive doctors I've ever seen. He's smart and extremely thorough with superior interpersonal skills. He treated me like a unique individual. I felt he was recommending what he thought was best for me and that he wasn't just going through the motions and recommending the same first-step treatment that he does for everyone. I wish more doctors shared his combination of expertise and caring.

I had a small amount of history with Dr. Issac many years ago when I was going through some sciatic pain. He couldn't have been nicer and helped me through a really difficult time in my life. He was very understanding and I was very grateful. I did not think that I would have a need to see him again, but fortunately it turned out that we had the opportunity to see one another again. The more I see of him, the better. I'm doing much better now.

He was awesome, I was having trouble walking and he listened to me. I would rate him as a number 1 pain management doctor.

It was a very unsatisfactory visit in terms of the provider not even examining me, making a diagnosis of what test was needed, which was, I think, relevant and valid, and then being ready to end the interview. And I had to be asked several times for him to examine me. It was very disconcerting. He wanted to ask for permission to have the interview recorded. AI and then at the same time he was focused entirely on the screen making no eye contact with me. [redacted]

Dr. Isaac is fabulous!!!!. A check out clerk made several fumbles. First she was working with the record of another person and hadn't confirmed my identity. Second, she didn't know the procedures on how to help me book an appointment in a different facility where the doctor works. She referred me to a different scheduler and gave me that phone, but this was the wrong person. It took my having to make multiple calls and waiting 3 days to get the follow-up appointment booked.

Excellent Doctor

Dr Isaac showed caring & attentive feedback to my concerns & offered a few ideas that could be tried to help with my CHRONIC back pain that I have been having for decades now. I appreciate his allowing me several options to choose from as well as being hopeful that things may be able to be improved.

He acknowledged that my Diagnoses weremore complex that most patients and deliver empathy and precision injection with great skill in the short window of time allowed for an injection. I had an x-ray after the appointment as ordered by the provider. The (male tech) stated on my way out to get dressed (after the imaging was performed) "Don't forget your bra." I looked back and thought maybe it had fallen out my bag, but it had not. It made me very uncomfortable and was jarring. He didn't say don't forget your belongings, just specifically my bra.

He was very kind, a good listener, and he took my problem with pain seriously. He set up a plan, unlike some doctors. He spent time asking many questions about what I can or cannot do, where is the pain, asked me to show him how I used my arms and legs, etc. In other words, he did his job the way a doctor is supposed to do.

I found Dr. Isaac to be both personable and professional. He listened carefully to everything I related to him about the reasons I was seeing him (first visit with him). He respected my ability to communicate my medical history and to understand his use of medical terminology. Unlike many patients, I do not need, nor do I like, having explained to me in non-medical terminology. Dr. Isaac did not rush me through my appointment and presented me with an option for pain relief (a muscle relaxant) that had never been offered to me by any other provider. Having a new, non-surgical approach was very welcome. I came away with as positive a reaction to a new provider as I could possibly imagine.
