Dr. Isaac was exemplary. He was very gentle in the giving of the injections and I was very relaxed through the whole procedure. I had anticipated pain and discomfort, but it was very smooth. [redacted] When the doctor came in, he asked me the reason for my visit, but while I was explaining, he kept checking and typing on his iWatch. After that he answered a phone call in the middle of the conversation, then asked me the same questions again afterward. The whole visit (which didn't last longer than 10 minutes including all the disruptions) felt very rushed. He was talking and writing quickly, even leaving the room to find a pen so he could write the name of a cream on a ripped small piece of paper. He sent me for an X-ray without really explaining anything. I still do not know the results of the X-ray. Overall, I left feeling like my concerns and me as a person, were not given much attention.

When he came in I gave him a big smile and said oh it's great to see you but he didn't respond in kind. I'm not sure he smiled once. I told him I had three things to talk about. One of those was a fall where I hit my head and I told him that hitting the floor the way I did was jarring to my neck. He ended the appointment in the same rushed manner. I said, what about my neck? He was very understanding and I was very grateful. I did not think that I would have a need to see him again, but fortunately it turned out that we had the opportunity to see one another again.
