I really appreciated my visit and my previous visits with my care provider, Dr. Rodriguez. Just a wonderful bedside manner, clearly had reviewed my file, knew everything about my previous visits, well-versed, well-prepared. Also, I'm sure I'm not the only one to say, what a personality. Just comes in, puts you at ease, connects with you, remembered some really neat details about me, also was a real human, shared some really neat life events about them with me, and then got right down to where I stand, was very thorough, right on point with kind of diagnosis, prognosis, suggestions, made me feel very comfortable. Just can't say enough how pleased I am with my visit, my previous visit. Really appreciate the good quality care I received and just a super personality.

Dr. Rodriguez has been a godsend. He has helped me deal with my headaches for a long time, for three years, four years, and I thank him very much. He's very professional and he's very knowledgeable and he's very comfortable. He doesn't scare the heck out of me as some doctors can be just rude and just to the point. He's very to the point, but in a nice way. And that's really good about Dr. Rodriguez because it makes you feel more comfortable and less scared of situations of your condition that can be really scary. And he's a very professional, so is his staff, and I'm glad I got to have him be my neurologist. Thank you so much. He's very professional.

The first, and only neurologist i've ever seen that I actually liked. I've had epilepsy for forty years and refused to see neurologists because they are arrogant and all knowing. Doctor Rodriguez takes a time to listen to you and work with you. He is truly amazing.

Dr. Linares was very knowledgeable, attentive, and asked multiple times if there were other things I wished him to know that we had not yet covered, to make sure we had a complete picture. He explained things very well. I feel like I am in good care.

He talks fast. I had a hard time digesting what he was saying and should have asked him to speak more slowly. That said, I found his "bedside manner" exceptional.

Dr. Rodriguez is one of the most straightforward doctors that I have seen at the Partners. He was sincere in telling me my present condition would not be improving, but continue to diminish my mobility, but there were things I could do to maximize my quality of life. His understanding that pain would be a permanent ongoing concern was transmitted to my PCP for action. The Dr. made be realize that I should be pragmatic in my mobility and the dangers in trying to exceed reasonable exercises. I am glad to know that my future of living with this neuropathy doesn't have to look foreboding. As time goes on I will come back to ensure I follow his advice in these elder years. I now enjoy much lesser anxiety with this condition. Glad to have conferred with him.

Dr. Rodriguez was great. He apologized for things that happened and how things were handled during his time off. He discussed my results and what we needed to do moving forward and made me feel like he cared about me and the amount pain I am in. He offered the next step which was something I had wanted to discuss based on my research. I love the provider and the time he generally takes (The visit when he was about to go on leave did feel rushed but considering the circumstances I do understand to an extent) There have been multiple frustrations with the office and how things are handled but overall I like Dr. Rodriguez. I had considered finding another provider after how the my experience with the office itself has been but ultimately I do like Dr. Rodriguez

I meant to tell the doctor that I fell last year and I looked like crap when I fell. That's when they put me back on medicine. It was, I went back on medicine because I fell and I was resting my leg like the doctor told me and I rested my leg and I was sleeping on my couch and I was resting and I had my pajamas on and I didn't do my hair and I was resting my legs cause I hurt my knees. when I fell and I was resting like I was supposed to. And I still haven't gone back to work since a year ago when I fell. And they put me back on bad medicine when I fell. They thought I was doing terrible and I was doing great. I was doing good at work. I was, I was happier. I had more energy. I wasn't so lethargic.

Dr. Rodriguez is exceptional. He and my primary doctor are the best providers in their respective roles I've had since my first visit to WDH in 1971-72, when I moved to the area. They ask probing questions when needed instead of "yes/no" general ones, provide thorough explanations/options, and listen to my concerns. Whenever I'm asked I always recommend each of them, as well as the other persons I have dealt with in my experiences with WDH.

Dr. Rodriguez is great! He listens and he remembers my issues from one appointment to the next. He is concerned about giving me say in my care. The one small critique I would make is to speak more slowly with the elderly so that we can have time to process what is being said.

Spent quite a bit of time with me. Wasn't rushed. Explained what we should try next. Provider wanted to see me back in 3 months. I am unable to get my next appointment for a year. Someone needs to let the provider know, how back up the office is.
