Hi, my care provider, she's amazing. I have been with her for over a year and I'm very comfortable with her recommendations. I just have nice things to say about her. I don't know. I think on the initial questions, somehow I was watering my plans here and I hit number one. So I just want to say that she's 10 all the way and the appointment was wonderful. It was my mistake, for some reason, it came out to be a number one for some reason. It's my fault. So if you wanted to give me another chance, I would definitely do 10 for her all the way. The consultation lasted only about five minutes, and the information provided-essentially just continuing my current medications-could have been easily communicated through the patient portal. I felt that there was no real resolution or deeper exploration of my concerns, and the brief nature of the visit made it feel unproductive. [redacted]

Dr. Kawano is very well versed in the condition I have [redacted]. She's been taking great care of me for the last two and a half years in combination with Dr. [redacted]. Nothing bad to say about her. She's been the best. Gives me the time when I'm there in the office. Spends a lot of time, goes over my meds, adjusts my meds. She's just actually, she's awesome.

Dr Kawano was thorough and took the time to understand my health concerns. She was patient and listened. During the exam she noticed that my knee was swollen and took the time to exam it and provide me her thoughts for treatment. This was truly above and beyond as it was not why I had come to see her. This very rare as most MD will simply refer you to orthopedics without any attempt to help. Dr Kawano provided excellent care and I appreciate it very much

Dr. Kawano was very prepared for my visit. She had reviewed my medical history. This was our first appointment. She was very patient and non-rushed, not at all rushed. I did not feel at all rushed during the visit. She asked questions. She checked thoroughly and I was very pleased. [redacted]

This was a first time meeting, but was supposed to be just a follow-up because the doctor who made this appointment had left the practice. I had a more acute, and different, problem than had been a previous focus of attention . This necessitated a lot more time and effort than was really scheduled for. Dr. Kawano was more conscientious and attentive than I could have hoped. I left the office feeling like I was on my way to better health than I have had in many months.

Doctor is incredibly knowledgeable. However, it took too long to get an appointment as a new patient to see her. My Physical condition became significantly worse during the many months I had to wait before I could see any doctor.

I traveled to Brigham and Women's Hospital from Maine, hopeful to get some real support and guidance for my osteoarthritis. I'm a [redacted]-year-old woman who's already had two joint replacements and is facing two more. My body is riddled with arthritis, and I was really looking to understand how I might slow its progression or manage things better. I brought my x-rays and came prepared with questions. Unfortunately, the provider spent maybe 10 minutes with me, didn't review the images I brought, and had very little to offer. I left feeling dismissed and disappointed. After making the effort to travel so far and advocate for my health, I expected a more thoughtful and engaged experience. [redacted]

Dr Kawano is an excellent physician who was able to diagnose my condition and set up a treatment plan. I am so grateful for her expertise and care.

She also did a comprehensive physical exam of pain points in my body.
