Dr Kim spent a lot of time explaining my options. She is very open and honest; caring, considerate and knowledgeable. She is worth coming four hours from Maine!

I am happy with Dr Kim. She seems to be very through and has a good bed side manner. She ordered some testing for me when I told her about some of my other concerns. We are waiting for some other testing before she consults with her colleagues before we proceed with surgery. So, I am very pleased that we are getting all are ducks in a row.

Dr Wu was wonderful. She is thoughtful, asked me questions specifically about my treatment and if I felt it was working. She clarified that if I had any concerns in the future to call her and that there were other options to try if that was necessary. I never felt rushed and I found her to be a true ally in care. I highly recommend her.

Dr Kim cut me off halfway into my first sentence when I was trying to describe my symptoms and history to her. She said that since she had reviewed my chart and spoken with a provider that I had seen a week earlier, she did not need me to talk about my symptoms. I tried again to describe my symptoms, but she would not let me. My partner also tried to add some relevant details, and was rebuffed. [redacted] It is shocking to me that a doctor would refuse to listen to a patient that they are treating describing their symptoms and history.

This was an emergency visit. Dr Kim was excellent, she listened to everything I had to say and solved my problem. I was so very grateful that she was able to fit me In to her busy schedule. She spent a good deal of time with me and never made me feel rushed. She was very professional, caring and kind.

Dr Kim was great. Gave me tons of information, explained all aspects of the exam, the possible surgical interventions and the recovery time. Encouraged me to text any questions to her post visit.

Dr. Kim was exceptionally thorough, respectful and caring. She listened to all my concerns and gave me sufficient time in discussing the procedure I was having as well as its risks and possible outcomes. I loved how comfortable she made me feel and her down to earth mannerisms. I am very grateful to her and am relieved she is caring for me.

This was an unbelievable experience for me. Dr. Kim help me understand my body and exactly what was happening. She relieved all my anxiety about my prolapse. It really helped. She also made it very easy for me to understand my options. I can not say enough wonderful things about my experience. Dr. Kim was fabulous.

Dr. Kim was simply wonderful. Before starting my physical exam, she made sure I was comfortable and at ease with what she was going to do. She explained everything during the exam, providing me with a mirror so that I could see everything she was doing and finding, with regards to a diagnosis. She provided very detailed information about my diagnosis and treatment protocol, never rushing me and encouraging me to as questions. I am so happy to have Dr. Kim as part of my care team now.

Dr. Kim is the actual best! I have been seeing her for over a year and she is kind, considerate, and simply excellent at what she does! I can't speak highly enough about her professionalism, and incredible care and bedside manner! She has changed my life for the better and I would recommend her to any and everyone seeking care!

Dr. Kim is excellent. She's right on top of everything and takes care of my issues and concerns. She did my pelvic surgery and when I experienced urinary leakage 9 months later, she checked my pelvic area. She explained that my surgical site had healed and that I had symptoms of overactive bladder. She explained all the treatments that are available to me and I made a decision to go with medication.

Dr Kim was an extremely knowledgeable and personable physician. It was my first visit to a gynecologist as a trans woman, and the whole experience was very smooth and I felt as much a part of the conversation as any cis woman. Dr Kim spent a lot of time explaining aspects of my anatomy to me, and listened to me so carefully about what I wanted aesthetically in a non judgmental way. I had the opposite experience at Beth Israel so I'm so glad I've switched my care to MGH.
