He asked two basic questions then proceeded in spending the whole time on his computer, [redacted] He was not friendly, or helpful when I told him I was allergic to most oral antibiotics he basically said go figure that out with an allergist instead of trying to help in another way. [redacted] I reminded him "but there is a rash on my face!" He didn't seem to care at all. He then left. [redacted]

Yes, it took me more time to undress than the amount of time that the doctor spent with us. And that's the biggest issue I have with Dr. Semenov. He did not spend enough time at all. He froze things off and he was in and out within minutes. Thank you.

I was very happy with the provider because I've had basal cell carcinomas before and these were very, very carefully taken care of. I was entirely satisfied.

It was a basic skin exam. The nurse and doctor separately asked if I had any concerns. The doctor gave me an opportunity to ask questions, explained what his examination showed, and what to do at home to take care of myself. He also said to call him if I notice any abnormal changes. Good care.

He's amazing! I'm so glad I get to have this doctor as a provider because he has done so well. My face is clear (and now has been for years) because of him! Now when I tell people I have acne, they don't believe me because of how well treatment has been going! And he also provides options when I am nervous about having something like bloodwork done, which I really appreciate because that's already nerve wracking to start with, and it makes me much more comfortable.

My Drs. were well acquainted with my history and aware of my current situation. They were well prepared to see me and our communication was excellent. I had asked for an unscheduled visit due to concerns from my PCP about some skin issues that could be malignant..I appreciated that the office fit me in within weeks of my request. I am a long time patient w MGH dermatology but my long time doctor had left the practice. The exams was quick and thorough.

I asked the doctor to cut it off - he first refused saying I would have a scar (I don't care) then refused saying it would hurt when I sat down (it's not in a place that would hurt..) then had his resident throw a few sprays of frozen nitrogen on it. Seemed a bit rushed for a first visit.

I went to go see Dr. Semenov, and it was for my hypopigmentation, my scalp, possible scalp psoriasis, and a cyst, and he did not look at my head at all. I don't even know if I actually have scalp psoriasis. Nothing's actually been diagnosed. For the hyperpigmentation, it's kind of clearing up and I've been doing it on my own. So he didn't really say much about that. He said whatever I use for my head, I should use for my face. And then he only looked at the cysts. He didn't even touch to see if it was tender, if it was hard, if it was soft [redacted]

Fast yet thorough. The intern/junior MD did the first check; Dr Semenov did the second. They asked about all skin issues they saw or I felt.
