A person who knows both me and the doctor facilitated getting this amazingly early visit in what will be an essential aspect of a new serious complicated clinical picture. The provider did everything well in great detail and where I was not as coherent as usual moved ahead to make sure next steps will happen. This has played itself out in the 4 days after the appointment occurred.

Dr Sun is an exceptional provider. His communication goes above and beyond. He listens, explains, and promptly reply's to portal messages. When possible, he arranges for virtual appointments, but when in person is needed, I am very willing to travel from western Mass to see him.

Very organized and efficient

This is the first cardiologist, Dr. Sun, who actually gave me something prophylactically to help me so that I can avoid going to an ER. I mean, he was incredible. Others have seen my past history and have just accepted it. So I applaud him. Thank you.

Dr. Sun and his team are excellent to deal with. Since I come from about 20 miles away and get a ride from the Council on Aging program which limits times and days I can get rides, they go out of their way to schedule all my cardiac appointments the same day and are generally very sensitive to my needs. They all answer my questions on the Gateway. My experiences with Structural cardiology has been excellent. They even arrange for me to have some lab work done locally for my convenience.

Dr. Sun is a good listener and explains things well. He's a gentle soul.

My heart condition is something new. Although Dr Sun made a good effort, I still don't understand the problem.
