I was miserable and suspected flu so I wanted Tamiflu but a flu test was required. On the way to Urgent Care where I would have had to wait hours I stopped at the office. The clerk said no appointments were available but he went out of his way to fit me in after consulting with the doctor. I then had only a one hour wait. The doctor was excellent even though I am not her regular patient. I am most appreciative all around. Bravo staff.

This doctor was filling in. I had never met her before. She was filling in for my primary and she did a perfectly adequate job of assessing my health and suggesting remedies for it. Thank you.

I've been going there for many, many years and I love seeing my doctor and everybody there. They're very nice people and they're like family instead of just being in an office. You know, they don't treat you like a stranger. So I love them.

This was a physician covering for my primary. It was a brief visit for BP check and uneventful.

Knowledgeable and caring

Dr. Santiago answered the questions I had with clarity and had suggestions for maintaining good health.

I wish the provider looked at me when I am talking. Instead she is continually typing her notes and just keeps saying yes while you talk. It comes across as rude. Record the visit if needed and type up the notes afterwards.

I would literally give a kidney to Dr Santiago or anyone at AMA, everyone is wonderful-caring, gentle, thoughtful, informed, professional, supportive. I'd rather chew my leg off than switch PCPs

She is great , she always listens to me and respects what I have to say . She respects my knowledge ( I am an Emergency Room Technician @HMC) and my experience. She always asks how work is going as she knows it can be stressful. We sometimes talk about unusual cases keepingHIPPA in mind. I adore her and will be very sad if she ever leaves.

I have always heard great things about Dr Santiago but this was my first time meeting with her. I thought she was caring, sensitive to my issues and very knowledgeable!

Dr. Santiago is one of the best physicians that I have ever seen, regardless of what office I've been to. However, sadly for me, she's not taking new patients. I would love to be a patient of hers because she listens, she pays attention, and she knows what's wrong. She doesn't, you know, dilly around and, oh, can I record this? Dr. Santiago is a great doctor. She listens to everything with my concerns and my body issues with pain and neurological issues that I have going on. Everything that, any surgeries I've had, she's always wanted me to make an appointment to follow up with her. And anytime I speak to her about any issues, good things or concerns, she's always there to be straightforward and give me any information that she feels is necessary.

Yes, Dr. Santiago is just great. And she recognized me. I don't go to the doctor that often, but she knew who I was. And she also made sure that I got a flu shot. And I felt very vindicated because I don't go to the doctor that much. And I said, you know, what am I going to get? And, you know, I asked questions.

I drive over an hour to see her. I have relocated to take care of a parent. She is a top notch health care provider.
