I've been seeing Dr. Boysen for a while now, & we have a good rapport. My situation is pretty much stable, with little more that can be done at this point. We meet once a year & if I have any issues, I contact him through patient gateway.

Very straightforward physician, which is exactly what I would want.

I enjoy Doctor's thoughtful comments and suggestions.

I have seen Dr Boysen for a number of years. I find his medical advice to be always on point and extremely accurate. He is easy to talk to about sensitive subjects. He makes you feel at ease. I drive by over hundreds of urologist to make my appointments with him.

Dr. Boysen was very attentive and listened and answered all my questions and helped me through a difficult situation. So I can't think of anything he could have done better. Plus, the office was incredibly efficient. I couldn't believe how quickly I was seen and going through a number of procedures quickly and then seeing Dr. Boysen. It was pretty amazing.

Dr Boysen should be an example for which others follow. He is kind patient and caring. He doesn't make you feel rushed or like just another number. He a Dr. Like doctors of the days were you were made to feel listen to and you mattered to them. He is a young man with really good values and compassion. In a field where rushing patient through like an assembly line He has manger to still leads in making his patient feel listened to and important. More Dr. Should follow his lead.

Excellent visit

Dr. Boysen was excellent. He explained my options clearly, with pictures and words, and was very open about the benefits and risks associated with each of the options. He answered all my questions, and demonstrated throughout that he was listening to my concerns. At the end of the consult, I agreed to the option that he thought was best and Dr. Boysen looked at his calendar and scheduled the surgery right in the session. I left feeling optimistic about the outcomes.

I was impressed by Dr. Boysen's competence and concern. He answered my questions well and patiently and eased my anxiousness about my upcoming procedure.

Dr Boysen is a very caring person and explained everything to me very well and explained what he was looking for and what he saw. Was very pleased with the way he listened to me about any questions that I had to ask him.

Dr. Boysen took the time to explain the results of my latest ultrasound and we discussed updates as far as with my nephrologist and other testing I've done along with medications. Very personable and took the time to explain things in terms I could thoroughly understand.

Hi, I visited Dr. Boysen in a very, for a situation that was high anxiety for me. I was very happy with the way he explained what he knew, asked me what I was looking for in my opinion, what my thoughts were, what my questions were, and then he responded in a very clear and concise way. how things might proceed. It did involve a second appointment with Dr. [redacted], and [redacted] Dr. Boyson said, I'll speak to him and see what I can work out. Considering I was in a high anxiety state, I was most appreciative. He did do so.

I really like this provider and I think he really does his job well

My only difficulty is getting to BW. Coming from Gloucester, it was somewhat difficult to travel in a timely manner. My next test requires me to go to Faulkner. This is even farther away.

Dr. Boysen was thorough, conscientious, informative, and technically excellent. I would recommend him for anyone else who would need his services.

Very thorough description of the procedure and easy to talk to. He was engaged and interested in my situation. I never felt rushed, which is unusual in my experience.

I've had a fair number of surgeries over the years at different hospitals with different surgeons, and Dr. Boysen is my absolute favorite surgeon I've seen. He as always been so caring, so patient, and so willing to answer even the most tedious questions with respect, and attention to detail. He has been willing to talk me through the options, the science behind it so I understand everything, and work with my comfort level. I have referred friends to go through the transgender center, partially because of Dr. [redacted], but really because of Dr. Boysen. I've also referred people to see him for general urology needs. I will keep driving 2.5 hours to see him specifically when I need to.

Dr. Boysen is outstanding- a patient listener, and compassionate and intelligent with the care he provides.

The experience was superb. Dr. Boysen listened very carefully to what I had to say. We had a very fruitful discussion about what the next step should be following the cystoscopy he performed. I have great respect for him as he did not demand that I undergo textbook procedures. He tailored my diagnostics to be appropriate for me.

Professional and calming

Dr. Boysen impressed by the mere fact he cited the long history of what I had been dealing with. As a result he was able to explain to me my situation that I could understand fully. Dr. Boysen went on to offer a sequential plan for me to share my input as well. He was able to accurately to describe my condition even a drawing to enhance my understand. In summary I agreed with the approach he had in mind for me. And a reasonable follow up time.
