Dr. Sauer always acts in a professional manner. He always acts as if you are his only important patient! No, question is ever " too silly to ask". The doctor makes sure you have a full understanding of your treatment(s). I'm greatful for being in his care!

He was fantastic. Everything was explained and s of my questions were answered. The only problem was that it took 5 months to get an appointment.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Sauer, and I was truly impressed. He was exceptionally nice, kind, and attentive. He and his fellow (Dr. [redacted]) patiently listened to all my concerns, answered every question thoroughly, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. He went out of his way to arrange the procedure for me as soon as possible, which I deeply appreciate. His professionalism and genuine care made me feel very comfortable and confident in his care.

I was very impressed with the knowledge about my case, considering that it was the first time I saw this provider. My only negative is that I did not get a follow-up appointment right when I left the office. I was told that somebody will call me to schedule the next appointment in a year. This is a week later and I haven't received a call yet to schedule. So I still don't know when my follow-up appointment will be.

This was my first time meeting and visiting w Dr Sauer as my previous electrophysiologist is no longer with the practice. Dr Sauer was very prompt, knowledgeable yet warm too. Feel extremely confident in his ability as a provider and I'm extremely happy to be under his care.

Yes, my experience was great. Overall good, very good. I just had one issue that I wish I had a little bit more pre-knowledge of and that's the extent to the downtime afterwards and the seriousness of the operation. I felt that was a little downplayed a little bit. That's all. I just wish I had known that I couldn't work the next day, stuff like that. Okay, thank you. Bye.

I enjoyed my visit! Got my answers about my pacemaker and he provided notes that I could give to my Dialysis Clinic that my pulse WON'T GO BELOW 50! That dialysis clinic needs new machines. I have Peace of mind about my pacemaker and I know my pulse is fine.

I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Sauer and also Dr. [redacted] and the nurse practitioner that I initially saw. I feel like they really cared about me and why I was there. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sauer to others.
