Dr. Austen is awesome. He did a skin-sparing mastectomy on me in 2012 and did a phenomenal job matching it up to my other breast and I'm going back to him again for another procedure and I trust him completely. His work is impeccable.

Yeah, he seems like a great provider. He explained things very well. I think one thing I didn't really quite appreciate was the residents or the fellows coming into the room without him asking if it was okay first. I think that kind of question would have been helpful. And then also him touching my face without asking permission. I think I would have appreciated it a bit more if he had just been asked, like, hey, is it okay if I touch this area or is it okay if I do that first? And I think I would have appreciated that a bit more. But overall, not too bad. Yeah.
