Dr. Linderman, on her own recognizance, came and found me as I was leaving and she helped me get an appointment and she asked to have it as soon as possible. This would not have taken place if she hadn't been so gracious.

Honestly I thought that the provider would be the one who performed the test for my new prescription. She was nice but it was very short. I guess that the way it works.

Dr Linderman is caring, kind and professional. She made me feel at ease when inserting my eye plugs. She chatted to make me feel comfortable and I have every confidence in Dr Linderman providing me with the best care.

What I noticed and appreciated was that all the steps leading up to the doctor's appointment, from reception, examinations, and observations, to subsequent procedures such as scheduling and issuing a follow-up appointment card, were perfectly synchronized. These previously questions refer to the tech assistances as they do the 99 percent of the exams. They all were excellent. Intelligent, polite and answered all my questions. The final exam is by Dr. Linderman, maybe 15 minutes tops. And she answered my final questions.

Dr Linderman and her team continue to excel in all aspects! They are sincere, cordial, professional, sympathetic, understanding, patient, responsive, amicable and super friendly and supportive! They are somehow (nursing superpowers probably) able to convert a usually uncomfortable (dilation, pressure tests, etc) set of diagnostics to a pleasant, informative, and inspiring experience! The friendliest and most accommodating staff is only surpassed by the deft skills demonstrated by Dr. Linderman herself. Since having the privilege of being a patient of Dr. Linderman's my optical health and wellbeing have both dramatically improved! I attribute this directly to Dr. Linderman and her staff's expertise and diligence. Dr Wendy Lindemann was professional, caring and helpful. She listened to my concerns and gave me excellent medical advice. i'm grateful to have her as my new opthalmologest.

She gave me excellent care and she helped to find out why my prescription eyeglasses weren't working and that the optometry shop I was using out here in Western Mass had not put any prisms in my eyeglasses. I was immensely helpful to learn and that she also got me set up to get an appointment there so that Mass Eye and Ear could grind my own glasses and get it correct. I immensely appreciate that. I'm a severely dyslexic person and I'm also a caregiver, so thank you immensely.

Wendy Linderman and staff were wonderful. I am very happy with the care they provided. Her assistant was wonderful, thorough and helpful.

I was not impressed with the medical examination I got from Dr. Linderman, who was not particularly informative throughout the entire visit; in fact, I had to ask her for specific information which I imagine any [redacted]-year old would want to have, such as my eye pressures, floaters, and progression (if any) of cataract formation. In addition, she was distant and unenthusiastic throughout, acting as might a person who felt that she perhaps had better things to do. [redacted]

He and all the staff were terrific. They did beyond outstanding job. The problem is that I have a visual problem with optic neuritis and getting a correct vision so I can see with my eyeglasses or cataract is very, very hard. They did beyond what was necessary. They were all outstanding.

My previous provider left MEEI so I had to be reassigned to another prover. This new provider did the job pretty much but her personality was flat. I had the impression, she was bored or tired. [redacted]

Dr. Linderman upon our brief first meeting was a sensitive and consummate professional. Inspired confidence. Expect she's a top flight surgeon.

You have an excellent physician! Answered all my questions explaining the symptoms, development, physiology, progression and treatment of cataracts. Dr. Linderman did a thorough testing for my first ophthalmology assessment intake visit at MGHB. Her staff was courteous and the visit was commendable. I feel fortunate to live close by this wonderful institution.

The technician who put in my drops to dilate my eyes put an excessive amount of medication and it took many hours for me to not be blurry. I've never had that experience before in the office. Thank you.
