Good afternoon, my experience with the provider was very good, they were kind they asked me questions and I was able to ask questions as well. They provided good care to my child.

Dr Tan is an excellent! We have felt very supported and he goes above and beyond when it comes to our son's care.

Dr. Tan is thorough, knew his history front to back even though we see him rarely and patiently answered all of our questions.

Dr. Tan has consistently been a fantastic provider for our son, who was born with a scary renal condition. He communicates clearly, takes time to answer our questions thoroughly, and employs a shared decision-making model with us in managing our son's long-term care. We are so grateful for and pleased with Dr. Tan!

My son has been seeing Dr Tan since 2021 for high blood pressure. As of today, it's still not under control/resolved. In the past 6 months the exact cause of the high blood pressure has been confirmed. With that confirmation I feel we should have a remedy.

Dr. Tan was very knowledgeable in my son's disease. He was well connected and very supportive of collaborative care with experts. He was also very flexible and willing to go above and beyond to make sure that our care with MGH Brigham, with the nephrology department would go seamlessly as we were new patients. So, overall, our care under Dr. Tan, this first meeting was excellent, and we're very happy to have him as our pediatric nephrologist. Thank you.

Dr Tan is wonderful with us. He's caring, listens and provides information that my child understands and follows.

This was an anxiety provoking appointment for me, so I really appreciated him taking his time, explaining everything slowly and carefully, pausing for understanding, empathizing with me and my mom, and taking me so seriously. Overall, Dr Tan and his staff are amazing. From the time I walked in to the time I left. They treat me with respect and listen to my concerns. Offer options and suggestions. I could not be more satisfied with my care.
