Smart and friendly

Dr Li is my second doctor at MGH Charlestown. She is friendly, competent, and efficient. I feel lucky to have her as my doctor. The staff, from the front desk to the nurses, to the medical students, are always friendly, helpful, and professional.

Dr Lee and the young man (sorry can't remember his name) were phenomenal! They went above and beyond and had an amazing bedside manner - which unfortunately you don't always get in today world. I am very appreciative of their kindness and compassion in dealing with me and my health issue.
