Dr. Chan is clearly an expert in his field and thinks outside the box to find an overall treatment plan that benefits symptoms longterm and not just a temporary fix. I look forward to continue working with him on my conditions.

Had to wait 6 months for an appointment /PA was very cordial, had read my file extensively, asked probing questions for me to further explain my medical condition, was thorough. He reported his findings to the Dr who summarized his take on them to me. Continue what I'm doing/ check back if things get worse. I was hoping and praying for more a solution or support.

Dr Chan was totally prepared for my visit. He began by asking about my current condition, effectiveness of my prescriptions and any concerns that I had. He also provided me with suggestions on what I could do to improve my health. I feel fortunate to have him as my doctor.

Dr Chan was fully engaged, and seemed to have absorbed the complexity of my medical issues thoroughly before I had arrived. He did not just go along with the advice of previous medical professionals, but ordered diagnostics to identify whether the appropriate treatment was being recommended

Very nice respectful personable knowledgeable. I like Dr. Chan very much and have confidence in him. I forgot to ask a couple questions and called the office the next day to do so. A nurse called me back and she was somewhat rude.

He was familiar with my medical history. Advised me about a future test. Counseled me on expanding choices in my diet. Encouraged me to call the office with any issues. He was very informative and supportive.
