Wai-Ying Yau was prompt, knowledgeable on the subject matter and vested in improving my health. She listened to my concern and asked relevant questions to better understand the symptoms. Went over the current medication list and recommended tests to qualify my ailment before prescribing medication. I was very impressed and pleased with her expertise.

Dr Yau is exceptional. I'm thrilled to be treated by her and waited many months for this opportunity. She is brilliant and well-respected yet down to Earth. I was totally shocked when she personally came to the waiting room to walk me in to the visit.

Dr Yau not only did a thorough examination of my mind/memory to evaluate my Alzheimer's condition she noticed that I have to modify my walking gait because I have an impaired sense of balance when walking. I definitely feel better/more confident that I will receive whatever guidance or assistance that can help me from Dr Yau or whoever she recommends for me!

I'm [redacted] years old and have seen many clinicians. I have also been a primary care physician and medical educator for almost 50 years. I cannot think of a more skillful, knowledgeable, kind, courteous, patient-centered and effective clinician than Dr. Yau. I cannot laud her highly enough. It is a pleasure to watch her in action and a privilege and an honor to be her patient.

I think I met with her once virtually and then in person more recently and she was just really so helpful and informative and explained things. I try to read up I had some knowledge of what was going on and the treatment that I was having, that I wanted to have, but she explained very clearly that it was not out of the question for me to have the, I forget the name of the drug, the best drug that they have right now for Alzheimer's. I thought that I was just not qualified
