I was very disappointed with this Dermatology physician [redacted]. This was my annual visit for a skin check and to revisit some problem areas. The Dr. performed an incomplete skin check and did not examine my lower toro and legs and spent less than 10 minutes in total.

I have had dermatology doctors in other states, and none were as interested nor as good. He has students with him, and I think that helps them know what an involved doctor is.

I was uncomfortable with the presence of additional staff during my full-body skin exam. While I was told there would be two extra people in the room, there were actually three, which felt excessive and was not clearly communicated upfront. I felt pressured to agree in the moment rather than given a genuine opportunity to consent. The experience itself felt rushed, and my doctor appeared somewhat distracted. Given my elevated risk for skin cancer, I rely on these exams to be thorough and careful. I left feeling uncertain that the exam was as comprehensive as it should have been. I understand and support the need to train medical professionals, but I would prefer that this not take place during such a sensitive and high-stakes exam, or at the very least be more transparently communicated with a clear option to decline.

Great visit!

Even though it was the end of the day, the doctor was very attentive and spent a good deal of time with me and identified two areas to be biopsied and others to receive a freeze. He explained the biopsy procedure and was careful to use anesthetic while doing the biopsy. His upbeat attitude was nice also.

It was rushed and my seborrheic dermatitis looks isn't better and I don't feel the doctor took the time to explain my scalp properly he rushed and in 10 minutes I was out of there with a weak prescription ketoconazole and my scalp needs something stronger
