While this was my first visit with and Ablation oriented specialist doctor (to stop AFib) both he and the junior general cardiologist who interviewed me first, took as much time as necessary to answer my questions in depth. I was very impressed with their knowledge and ability to present both the pros and cons of going ahead with ablation for AFib.

He was very reassuring, knowledgeable and kind. He really listened to me and understood the urgency of my situation. I am thrilled he will be doing my ablation.

Dr Nauffal was exceptional. It was evident that he took time to understand and appreciate my full medical history and recent challenges. He was patient and genuine in discussing all aspects of my care, and answering questions we presented (numerous!). He didn't dismiss me. He took actions regarding my meds, ordered labs for further testing, as well as establishing future appointments. I am especially pleased and impressed with Dr Nauffal's personal approach, including his communications with me through the MGB portal. Not only is he responsive, but also the messages are informative, and from him directly. I am confident in his care.

This was my favorite rat bust with this provider. He had read my chart and was aware of my history. Took the tube to go over questions, medications and explaining what my options are with another ablation. Felt good about the visit.

Yes, I thought it was wonderful. It was a virtual meeting and I've never had one and I wasn't sure if I could understand, but he was very, very clear, made everything clear, let me express myself and he answered all my questions. I can't wait to meet him in person and have him do the procedure on me and I thank him very much.
