I thought it was, you did a great job, got all the basal cell cancer, came back and gave me the results and before you know it, I was stitched up, gave me the option of getting stitched up or leaving it and I chose to get stitched up or I was in and out of there.

The Dr and his staff couldn't have been nicer. I got a call the night before surgery to see if I had any questions. The Dr and staff were extremely attentive throughout my visit to the office and one of the nurses called me the following morning to ask how my night went and to see if I had any questions.

Excellent help from the nurses in the doctors. Good care was quick and explained just about everything to me answered my questions in a way that I could understand all the answers.

It was amazing that the doctor suggested a new procedure that eliminated the surgical Mose procedure and used an injection instead which only required a bandaid, took less than a minute and no wound care!

Being in nature an explorative treatment, I was surprised how efficiently it proceded. Unsure what to expect, the nurses doing prep and aftercare were magnificent. I was impressed with answers to our questions and how receptive the Doctor is to explain what is entailed with the surgery.

Dr. Neel is obviously a real pro, having done 31,000 of these procedures, but he also has an exceptionally effective bedside manner, chatting so amiably that I didn't realize that he had done everything only moments after I thought he had started.

Dr Neel was EXCELLENT!!!! He did an exceptional job on my Basal cell cancer on the tip of my nose . I didn't realize the extent of the work needed ... 15-16 sutures, etc . I thought becuz the Spot of the ca was so tiny that it Wouldn't be much . But he explained thoroughly why it needed to be done that way . And he emphasized that it would Heal up nicely !!!! I realized after I removed the bandage after 2 days He snd the nurses were right that it Would heal well ! He was very nice And so good at what he does. [redacted]

I was there for a simple procedure (MOHS), one with which I was familiar from previous experience. Dr. Neel was congenial and made me feel at ease as he explained the procedure.
