Dr Vedensky is a warm and caring Dr. She is very thorough and takes her time.

Dr.Vedensky is knowledgable and attentive, she prescribed comprehensive blood test and after results appear on the website she immediately provided her feedback. I very much appreciate her attention to every detail and the fact that she explains to me my condition, treatments and logic behind her decisions.

This was my second visit with Dr. Vedensky and I was just as comfortable with her as I was with my former primary care who I'd been with for 35 years. She has a very personal approach and was very well versed on my medical history.

Dr. Vendensky was very thorough about what test I needed and recommending a bone density, which was really good. She listened to my struggles with alcohol and she gave me a reference to the mental health facility there at BNW and I thought that she was very, very good during the whole meeting because it was online. I mean it was through a Zoom and she really seemed to be concerned and that was really important to me. So that's what I would say about her.

The process of obtaining an appt. with the lab had changed. 1st a phone interview, then a prescription sent to CVS and only then, permission to use the lab. It all worked! My bladder infection was treated immediately...no waiting over a long weekend. Thank you Veronica!

I was seen for my left shoulder, and then I was like trying to explain that the doctor, I don't know, is like not fully into it, I guess. And then I still was trying to explain my right shoulder as well it's not like as bad as my left but but there was like no concern are shown for my right shoulder so yeah overall not not a good experience
