It was an unusual visit because the lights were out in the building. Things were running on generators. Yet, he stayed to see patients. He was the only doctor working in the building. I thought that was very admirable. He cared about his patients. He had to use a light on his forehead and we used a telephone for light. The appt went well and I was happy to see and meet him for the first time. I heard he was a great doctor and the compliments were very true. I took off work to go to this appt and was happy that I was able to keep the appt and see the doctor.

My mom saw Dr. Minassian on [redacted] and he was very patient, very kind, also very detailed and helpful and informative with information or what types of treatments that my mom can receive. He spent a lot of time with her. He examined her and he also wanted to learn about her history and the type of treatment and recommendations she has received for her bladder in the past. So we were very satisfied and happy with Dr. Minassian's approach and also the way he treated my mom. So keep up the good work please and thank you for everything.

I would like to thank Dr, Minassian for setting down with pen and paper and listening and making notes about everything I felt was important that he should know about my bladder issues. he was not understanding! he explained the facts with little feeling or compasion! I was taken back by the following! when he entered the examining room he had a student with him. In front of her he asked if I minded if she observed! not wanting to embarrass her I said ok. I think it would have been appropriate if he had asked me before bringing her in.I would have said ok but I would have felt respected!

Dr Minnassian was thoughtful and personable. A urogynocology appt. Is not the most comfortable experience but he made it easier I had filled out a lot of paperwork in advance but forgot to bring it and one intake nurse made it pretty clear that she considered that a big problem. I was able to fill it out quickly and it was ready by the time I was called in. She could have been more pleasant.

Dr Minassian is wonderful very knowledgeable and listens to my concerns and explain so I understand him .
