Yes, my name's [redacted] and I've been with her, my doctor, for two years when I had cancer and she was so supportive and wonderful and found it and I was so surprised. I never felt like I had it or anything like that, but she took care of it and it was fabulous. You know, I have treatments now. I'm two years now with her and all the nurses and stuff and the place is wonderful and they're taking very good care of me.

Dr. Mazina was splendid. She had investigated the reason for this referral prior to her coming into the office, and had sought out the relevant expert to come up with the answer to the referral question. She gave me the answer - which was very good news! - immediately, and provided me with a written copy of the report documenting the answer. That was "hello". Then she took the time to explain the issues with me, make some suggestions about changes in my medication regimen to discuss with the referring provider, and invited me to ask questions. She managed to do this in a friendly way - well-matched to what she assessed to be my level of understanding. She came across as warm and genuinely interested, all too rare in someone of her obvious experience and expertise. You should clone her.

Amazing! Dr Mazina has a great bedside manner, listens, explains things well, very knowledgeable and compassionate. A doctor who cares about their patients. A very hard thing to find these days. These doctors are far and few between

This was my second appointment with Dr. Mazina leading up to surgery on [redacted]. The first time I met her I was as happy as a patient in my situation could be! Not only was she thorough in explaining my condition, she was compassionate and patient, spending enough time with me to make me reassured that I was in the best hands. I was actually looking forward to seeing her for my second visit! I knew that I had put off surgery long enough and that I could count on Dr. Mazina to do her best to get me through this difficult time. I wouldn't want any other surgeon. At the second visit, we went over the list of questions that I had, and she reassured me that she felt i should do fine with the surgery. She spent a long time with me and I did not feel rushed as I have with other physicians. She's a 10!!!!
