I loved her . I was a little scared but she listened to my questions and answered them She was lovely and I felt she cared about me and my needs. That put me at ease and more receptive to the surgery .

Dr McMillian had carefully read the information and tests that I had taken before seeing me, so she was up to speed on the reason for the appointment. I did not have to start from scratch as to why the appointment was important.

My initial interaction on the phone with a receptionist was horrible. I was treated horribly. When I arrived for my appointment I was met by the most incredible people on planet earth. From the front desk, nurse and surgeon. They were all a "Bright Light"! Beautiful people!

Hi, I had Dr. Macmillan for my bariatric surgery journey is what I guess I'll say. She is not only very professional, she has a very good bedside manner and is a very good listener. Dr Mcmillian and her bariatric team are amazing. They make you feel comfortable and safe. They are a team made up of caring individuals who know EXACTLY how you feel. This practice is very Unique in the fact that only your surgeon but her staff have had the same or similar surgeries. So when your nervous they easily help to ease your fears. I don't know where my health would be today without Dr Mcmillian and her bariatric team!

I have been with Dr. Ursula Mcmillian since 2017 and I have always felt extremely comfortable to be able to talk with her about any issues going on. She is always attentive and very well knowledge in bariatric surgery. I highly recommend her to anybody. She has also done a couple general surgeries for me also. She is exceptional.

Hi, Dr. Ursula was great, very friendly, very open. It was a perfect first visit where she was sort of, she was getting to see who we were and showing us who she was and then very direct with questioning, was there to correct us if, you know, to clarify if necessary. That was actually somewhat fun, even though it wasn't open over the time visit. She made us feel at ease and we really have confidence that we're going to have an excellent, excellent surgery with her. Thank you.

I'm sad that the bariatric department is being removed from Cooley Dickinson but it seems like they don't have any control over the situation. I hope maybe in the future you will reconsider and have it come back Western Massachusetts can use these opportunities for people with obesity. Thank you for listening to me.
