I had a great appointment for my 2nd pregnancy. Dr. Lau and her staff made me feel welcome, understood, and like minimal time had passed since my last pregnancy which was almost 3 years ago.

I have absolutely no complaints about Dr. Lau. She is so nice, attentive, and can speak to me and explain things to me in a way that I can understand. I do not need to see her in person (at least for the time being) and it works out well that I can have a Telehealth visit with her once a year. I am glad that my prior Gyn MD recommended her to me.

She was on time, and is very kind

The only minus is that I wasn't offered any pain medicine. Luckily I had taken two Tylenol before the appointment. Dr Lau was very competent and talked me through the whole procedure.
