Provided thorough explanation of procedure. Struck me as highly competent.

In the procedure room, the floor was not very clean with drops of blood on the floor from previous procedures. I had to walk on the floor with stocking feet. Not very sanitary. However, Dr Han was awesome in every way.

I would describe her as competent, caring and makes me feel relaxed . She is truly knowledgeable and I feel I can be open and candid with her

I was greeted promptly and called after a short wait. The nurse was attentive and conversational. Dr Han was her usual pleasant self and showed good knowledge of my past issues and discussed new options.

Even with a necessary but not so pleasant procedure, I found Dr Han as a caring and very professional/ competent doc who shared information that I needed to know. This turned out to be a positive experience for a procedure that will have many future challenges for me personally. Thanks this great professional on what I believe to be part of a great medical team. I'm blessed to live so nearby MGHB regardless of my personal outcome.

Dr Han and the nurse staff were outstanding. They explained everything as they went along and were continually checking on my comfort and pain level as well as just making sure I was doing OK They instilled the utmost confidence in me that everything was on track and in context

I had not met the doctor before the surgery but she made me feel as comfortable as possible and as pain-free as possible.

I had a somewhat complicated prostate biopsy and came out of it with a low blood pressure. Dr. Han and the nurses were sensational in bringing me back. Can't thank them enough.

Dr Han was fabulous. A biopsy is an uncomfortable procedure. The entire care team went out of the way to make the experience as positive as possible. They were very tuned into my needs. It may seem like a little thing but they even let me choose the music during the procedure....

I don' t remember the name of the nurse, but she was wonderful. This was the first time I was having this procedure and I was very frightened. The nurse explained the procedure to me, calmed me down with her kindness and explanation of the procedure. I felt much much better after speaking to her.
