All of the providers that I saw were respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.

The PA [redacted] is excellent. Very thorough with explanations and answering questions. Dr Danesi was excellent also. Went over all scenarios and what could change with results from tests I need to take. I felt good I am making the right decision for surgery and having Dr Danesi do the surgery

Dr. Hinna Danesi is the most intelligent, honest, and compassionate doctor and surgeon that I have ever met. I have been privileged that he performed my completely endoscopic open heart aortic valve replacement and has continued to follow up on my recovery

The staff at MGB Boston was superb. [redacted] Both Dr. [redacted] and Dr. Danesi were excellent at explaining things to me in a way that I could understand. They both dance at all my questions and were extremely patient and had great bedside manners. I felt that they truly cared about my health. I also felt I was in good hands.

Dr. Danesi was very thorough and kind as he explained criteria and my specific situation. I felt empowered by his remarks and comfortable with his decisions. I feel confident in my choice to go to BWH and optimistic to have Dr. Danesi do my surgery.

I met with Dr. [redacted] and Dr. Danesi on [redacted], and both physicians were extremely knowledgeable, and patient, and respectful, and eager to give information to me about my status and their recommendations, but they also listened to me and were very eager to hear what I had to say and to help me to relax and understand the information that they were giving me.

They were wonderful. I saw four people, a nurse, a PA, and the two doctors. Each one of them explained everything. I could ask any question I want. I was very relieved after I spoke to them, and I felt very good. Okay.

Yes, Dr. Tommaso Danesi was very thorough and I was very happy that he knew all about the valve issue and the MV prolapse and I believe he said he was confident that he could repair it for myself and that made us feel good and I believe we will be moving forward with my surgery on [redacted]. I might have some other questions for him. But yes, overall very happy with Dr. Danesi.

Yes, just a general thing. The girls in the office need a megaphone so they can say people's names because a lot of the patients are older and they can't hear. So I don't know whatever you want to do with that. And second of all, I've had two appointments with my provider, my doctor, surgeon, and I saw a nurse practitioner. I actually never did see the doctor. But all of it was good. It was fine.

Dr Denesi was personable and friendly. He presented himself in a way that made me feel welcomed that he was knowledgeable and skilled in his field. He also showed me that he has a sense of humor which I value.

Just so impressed with every aspect of my visit. My doctor and the P.A I met with were so informative,compassionate and really put me at ease with my upcoming surgery. They also treated my wife with the same compassion and friendliness as they did with me. We are also so thankful for how quick the staff was able to see me and get the ball rolling on many of the test and procedures that needed to be completed pre surgery. I truly believe there is no other hospital that can top the experience we had at Mass General Brigham.

He is a very knowledgeable surgeon, gave me very good explanation about surgery and gave me answers on all my questions. I became sure that I chose right type of surgery and surgeon.

This care provider had a team of professionals that explained my situation clearly and precisely. Dr. Danesi reinforced his PA's explanation of my choices for surgery. He laid out the options, but told me I needed to make the choice based on my lifestyle. He is a great communicator, intelligent, and easy going. I felt like he had my best interests in mind.

I saw Dr. Danesi and also Dr. [redacted] and they came in separately, but in talking to Dr. Danesi, he was very good, very clear. I had no trouble understanding him at all and I'm very glad that I got to talk to him. [redacted]

This appointment was delayed for over 2 hours, but he is a heart surgeon, so I do not blame the doctor for this. Despite that inconvenience, this was our first visit, & I didn't feel rushed. He listened intently & answered all my questions, even though it must have been a very stressful day for him.

I was very satisfied with my doctors that I saw. They were completely, they knew what they were talking about and I was very satisfied at the end.

I received exceptional care regarding preparation and understanding of technicalities for a valve replacement by Dr Danesi and Dr [redacted]. Our conversation gave me peace and comfort that I was going to receive the best care by the surgical team.

Dr Danesi was fabulous. He explained everything to me in great lengths. He informed me how he was going to do the surgery. We discussed what led up to me coming to Brigham's. He spent alot of time with me and didn't rush through my appointment. He was very kind and caring. Dr. Danesi explained my surgery to me and set my mind at ease.

After meeting with Dr Danesi and his team I'm confident that my treatment plan is the right one. I really appreciate the time they spent with me to help me feel comfortable with the approach as well as with them as both professionals and people.

He was exceptionally informative and supportive regarding prospect of cardiac surgery. With that support, I made the decision to go ahead with the surgery.

I am in awe of his expertise and feel confident I will get through my surgery successfully and much less invasively than what was proposed to me in my neighboring State. He listened attentively and the added bonus was he has a wonderful sense of humor! The best way to calm me down is to make me laugh and he did just that! I am having surgery next month and feel safe and optimistic under Dr Danesi's care.

Im not sure if the first person I saw was a nurse. However, she was very efficient and courteous. She may have told me her title, I don't recall. The two doctors I saw were great listeners and answered all our questions with facts. I feel very comfortable with them.
