My experience was great and I have nothing to add.

Dr Francone is one of the best doctors that I engage with. He is always patient, thorough and kind and makes you feel better for having them there.

I left assuming the Rx the doctor had recommended i resume was sent to the pharmacy, but it wasn't and I had to follow up with a nurse. It was finally ready for me 4 days after my appointment. Not really a problem, but you are conducting a survey and that was a glitch.

He's great. I think he's a genius. I think anyone who is lucky enough to be under his care is a very, very, very fortunate person. He's terrific. And the nurses are great. It's great.

Dr. Francone was wonderful. He explained everything to me - showed me the CT scan and explained exactly what was happening and what I was looking at. Gave me reassurance that this was not an emergency situation and may not occur again but also assured me that he would be there should I experience another issue.

Dr Francone is the best. I'm lucky to have him watching my case. A nurse said they would have to bring in an observer if he needed to look at intimate places, like my butt. That's ridiculous. I don't want a stranger hanging around during sensitive medical conversations.

Dr. Francone has been part of my care team for many years and I have all the faith with him and wouldn't hesitate to reach out to him as I did recently to again assist with my on going issue with cancer and all the other "stuff "you have to deal with the disease.
