Hello, every person from the staff to the doctor, the people that call are very friendly and very helpful. Dr. Tito especially is a doctor that makes you feel more like family and a friend than just a doctor and a client. The only real criticism that I have is to call into the clinic is very difficult to get a hold of someone. Not because people are unwilling to help, but there's too many prompts in order for you to finally get where you need to go. The other thing that I have a critique about is the service system. The service system, sometimes they press one, it means no. And other times they press one, it means yes. So they need to keep it more consistent and easier to manage. Because if someone's not paying attention 100%, they're going to hit a negative number when they mean to hit a positive number. So that's about it. So

Mr. Tito Joaquin is fine, he's nice, and I think he's friendly. It does seem, though, that he's not really interested in true, not interested, but he doesn't really, there's no time to get to know the patients, to really talk about options [redacted]

I really like Tito, very professional, I don't know, he has a very nice personality, that is like it blesses you from time to time what I want to complain so much apart from the bellboys that many times they call me the patient when he behaves that something that he should understand, I warn him, he doesn't look at the phones, he doesn't know much about what I will be going to, it would be good if from time to time or to the nurse that I didn't call and they explain to me a little more, I also appreciate it as a little bit of work, how are you doing, everything is going well, will everything go on paper?
