All of the staff were lovely, including the fellow that I saw before I saw the doctor. The doctor came in kind of abrupt and aggressive [redacted] I felt like any time I was going to say anything, he barely let me talk and or dismissed it. So I was just really disappointed. And yeah, I was discouraged. So thank you.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding care I received during my recent visit. What truly stood out was the thoroughness and attentiveness with which my concerns were addressed. I was especially impressed by how you incorporated information from various sources-including my exercise records and prior responses-into our conversation. It was clear that you had taken the time to truly understand my health profile and goals. This level of preparation and personalization made me feel seen, heard, and supported. Frankly, it was the best possible experience I could have imagined in a medical setting. I left the appointment feeling confident and motivated, knowing I was in such capable and thoughtful hands. Thank you again for your exceptional care.
