While it is a minor issue, both times that I have seen this doctor. He never calls me by my name. He only refers to me as ma'am. I find this a bit impersonal. This last time I saw him I was tempted to ask him if he knew what my name was.

Dr. batter listened to what I had to say, didn't order the more invasive test as he thought it wasn't necessary at this time and scheduled to see me 6 months out.

I wish there were more options or that we could talk about options available to me and find one that is effective, with tolerable side effects. Otherwise Dr Batter is the 1st of 7 Drs. Treats me with respect and answers my questions with confidence and honesty. Again, I wish the options I hear and read about were available to regular people.
