Dr Thein, was extremely efficient and very specific regarding my instructions of eye care during the next the month before my next appointment.

She was super helpful, very receptive to what I had to say, very thoughtful in her responses and caring about what I was talking about, very helpful. She helped recommend me where I was looking for someone more experienced or she found me some more ones, got me in contact with them and just overall very good and very helpful, very responsive and especially when she was breaking things down, very clear and precise with what she was saying.

Yes, Dr. Thein and I have a good relationship. Unfortunately, this time, at the end of all my tests, which was very, very proficient, I had to wait an hour to see Dr. Thein . I realize all the doctors there are very, very busy, but I just thought it may be a fluke, but to wait an hour after all the tests are done to see Dr. Thein , it wasn't her fault, but I just want to make Mass Eye and Ear aware of when the test ends, someone probably shouldn't sit there for a whole hour. Otherwise, I appreciate everyone that does everything there.

This Dr Thein ( I think Im spelling it right) was very thorough in my followup and actually took care of particles that were still in my eye from my injury that the first Dr in the ER did not see and left in.
