There isn't any more to say. I have been a patient of Dr. Ly for 9 yrs & look forward to my visits knowing that my problem is in "check".it is a pleasure going into the office because everyone is very accommodating & pleasant

Dr. Ly is comprehensive, kind, and an excellent doctor. She listens to me and addresses my concerns and it's clear that she cares about her patients. When I need invasive and/or painful procedures, Dr. Ly takes my pain and fear very seriously and takes steps to mitigate it. She is the best doctor on my care team.

Dr. Ly is fantastic. She is knowledgeable, friendly, listens well, & years patients with respect. She asked many questions & listened carefully to my answers, sometimes asking follow-up questions. She gave me the opportunity to ask questions of her & answered my questions clearly & thoroughly.

Dr. Ly was a pleasure to work with. She listened with care and concern. She was extremely knowledgable and explained things in an understandable manner. She encouraged questions and I never felt rushed. At the end of the visit, she reviewed the plan and asked if I felt comfortable with the plan. She also took the time to ensure the medication she was prescribing was covered by my insurance and asked if the cost was ok. I left the visit feeling very pleased with the care I received. Dr. Ly and her staff were consummate, compassionate professionals throughout. Great experience.

The doctor was nice and helpful. However one thing that bothered me was that she wore her gloves and adjusted the stirrups and then did not change her gloves. She used the same gloves to examine me internally. From a clinical setting this is very unhygienic. Clinicians should be trained on proper usage and changing of gloves as needed.

Dr Ly is an excellent provider. She has a great bedside manner, is extremely knowledgeable, listens to my concerns and answers my questions in a way that is easy to understand.

I received discharge instructions in writing in advance, but it would have been nice to have the same instructions orally in person to confirm before I left. For example, when I could take a bath, as a superficial detail. The written instructions said not for two weeks. On intake, a nurse said the instructions vary on that type of thing and some doctors might say after only a day or two. Small detail, but one that comes to mind while I've been waiting two weeks patiently to take a craved-for bath.

I really like that because when I go to the hospital I know that I am in the presence of people who understand others and want to help others. I really appreciate it, thank you.

Dr. Ly is the first doctor I've had that truly listened to me. She read my history before our appointment, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything clearly with compassion and sensitivity. I felt and feel well-cared for.

Dr. Ly is the absolute BEST OBGYN I've ever seen. She really takes the time to listen and has an open conversation without making me feel rushed at all. I always feel clear on my care plan after I see her. She also went above and beyond by calling me that evening after working hours to discuss a prescription she was ordering for me, wanting to ensure I knew the cost and provided me with options.

I felt like my provider took a lot of time to get to know me and my concerns. She explained things to me, answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me which was appreciated. She also followed up on resources that she told me she would send me after the appointment

It's hard to give feedback until I've gotten test results and I see how they deal with them, if they're going to call me with results or if they're just going to put them on the - I just forgot what it's called - but on the website, which I do not want. I do want a call from someone to tell me what the results are. Thank you.

I've been seeing Dr. Ly for probably 20 years and she is by far one of my favorite doctors. She is always responsive. She's always in tune with what's going on with me and engaged. I can't imagine going anywhere else and I drive up from Rhode Island to see her, which is totally inconvenient, but she is the best of the best.
