I am very happy with the treatment from Dr. Ly and would recommend him to anyone that needed trauma surgery.

Dr Ly is a brilliant surgeon. I had a very complicated operation to repair my broken patella which he elegantly accomplished with two screws and a wire.

I feel so fortunate to have been cared for by Dr. Ly and his team. Over the past two years the care and feedback I received has been top notch, from emergency care initially to routine check in and follow up.

Hi, so I thought the provider, Dr. Lee, was very nice, very knowledgeable, very capable. Everyone in his office was incredibly nice and compassionate, and that spoke wonderfully of him. I was very troubled, though, by the way he treated the female anesthesiologist and me regarding both of our wishes for me not to have general anesthesia. And I felt a little that he steamrolled us and that he was nicer to the male anesthesiologist and that troubled me. Now again, I've never worked with any of these people before, so you know that's by one-time observation, but I find it very upsetting and disrespectful.

Regarding ancillary services (XRay), I was surprised when the radiology tech said I should have worn a T-shirt for my exam (to avoid artifacts from shirt buttons). While clearly desirable, this would be quite challenging and painful, given the history of recent clavicular fracture. My guess is that the technologist has never had a fractured clavicle. I do expect to wear a T-shirt for subsequent F/U, after further healing.

Dr. Ly was exceptionally focused on me, listened to me, explained carefully, and was kind and made me feel at ease as well, as well as giving me as much information as possible about my surgery. I appreciate all he did.

7 months ago I shattered my right femur. I was brought to Dr. Ly's operating table and he and his team put me back together. I could not be more grateful. Today my legs are almost as good a new. Dr. Ly and his team were all so professional, skillful, and ingenius and as far as I'm concerned, they saved my life. Thank you Dr. Ly!!!!!

Dr. Ly is a phenomenal and skillful surgeon, but an equally empathetic, compassionate, human being. I owe Dr. Ly everything...not only for his surgical expertise in repairing my fractured femur, but also for the care of my overall well-being during the several months post-op in helping me return to the person I was prior to [redacted]. I was,and always will be blessed to have him as my Ortho Truama Surgeon.

Great service
- Reviewed on 5/15/2025
Dr. Ly was very forthright and honest in his assessment. And although I was disappointed that he would not be able to provide the procedure I was hoping he would be able to provide, it was obvious that that procedure would have pretty negative outcomes and would not be able to help me with my recovery. And therefore, he decided not to do it. That being said, he was on standby with Dr. [redacted] just in case he was needed in an orthopedic nature. And I really appreciated the fact of him giving his time during my procedure with Dr. [redacted] in case something went south. He was excellent. I really appreciate everything he said and did for me. Thank you. Bye.

I didn't know them well enough. It seemed like a great deal of my care was a matter of teamwork and I lost track of all the different persons involved. Not a bad thing in itself because I got good care I would like to have a more definite line of contact with Dr Ly
