He did not make me feel as though my pain was not real or significant, and told me of possible reasons why I was having the pain even though nothing was indicative in previous tests or labs.

Dr. Zouki is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Seems very knowledgeable. Listens. Explains procedures clearly.

It is hard to feel comfortable with a Dr. knowing he is going to be giving you shots in your body!! But I felt very comfortable with him, I felt confident that he knew what I was talking about and more importantly how I was feeling.

Dr Zouki entered the exam room and put me immediately at ease. We had small talk and he then asked me questions about why I was there. He listened to me and then did an exam. Dr.Zouki was very kind.

Informative about what I should expect for treatment. Pleasant.

Because of ongoing lower back pain issues, I am reliant on Dr Zouki for injections and procedures. I have a much improved quality of life as a result of his expertise. If he moved to Bolivia, I would have to sell my house and follow him. :-)

Dr. Zouki was interested in listening to me in how I was feeling, how my pain has affected my life for many years. He wasn't judgemental in the fact that I was taking pain medication. It was a pleasure to meet him. I also must say that he was very thorough with the appointment asking many questions about my health issues.

The best experience possible

This Doctor is. Very good pain doctor. I can't help but think that the travisty brought on by the pharmaceutical companies and a few greedy unethical doctors prevent the adequate care of pain patients.

The provider was compassionate, attentive, and thorough. He really took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing, and I felt truly heard and understood throughout the appointment. He explained things clearly, addressed my questions with patience, and made sure I was comfortable with the plan moving forward. I have no complaints at all about this visit. It was one of the more supportive and reassuring medical experiences I've had. I left feeling more hopeful and confident in the direction we're taking. Highly recommend.

They are very timely at appointments and answer all questions.

Everyone I interfaced with was polite, courteous, friendly but very professional. I was pleasantly surprised as this visit went much better than I anticipated.

I'd like to thank them for helping me with my prescription and insurance, and they were very curious, and I felt very satisfied during the visit.

I have been seeing Dr Zouki for many years and love the care he provides

Excellent care

The dr didnt ask me enough questions. He didnt touch me at all, didnt have me walk for him or do anything to look into how i was feeling or whats been happening to me. Was in the room for about 5 mins. He told me weightloss was the main way to help my back. Ive gained weight because I can barely move most of the time. Then when I vould barely stand up, he says from hallway... oh wow. Like yeah, if you actually spent time with me or looked at me you might have seen the extent of how im feeling.

He seemed very thorough and explained future treatments pretty clearly.

Great experience overall. X-ray person was aloof and lacked interpersonal skills

The doctor did what was necessary for him to do and it only took about five minutes.

I did not feel the least bit rushed, and the doctor's ever-present smile put me at ease.
