Dr Nowak made time for me to come in because something happened to my appointment wasn't there and it wasn't until July. And I needed to be seen now she saw me during her lunch hour which was more than she should've had to do but I appreciated it anyways. I have found her for 20 years and I will continue to the day she leaves.

She is the best ! She always takes her time to explain things and listen to my concerns.

I just want to say Dr. Klick-Novak is the best doctor I've ever had in any department. I love her. She's awesome. She takes all the time and out of her own time when she was there. I was the last patient. She stayed to make sure I understood everything because I was kind of in a panic and she saw that and she took care of me like a real doctor and she has so much knowledge about my illnesses and is very able to think about all the various factors in a way that I haven't found other doctors to do. She's kind, brilliant, great bedside manner and describes everything I need to do in detail, writes it down for me, and is patient with me and my PCA at the visits and just wonderful. I can't recommend her higher than I just wish we could clone her because she's so wonderful and I know she's only human, but she's awesome. She's wonderful and she's great.

Hi, just to let you know I really like Dr. Nowak. She's great and I'm really glad that I have her. That's all.

I was very unhappy with the doctor during the visit. I felt she was looking at things that were impertinent to me. For instance, talking to me about allergies and flonase and stuff that has nothing to do with rheumatoid arthritis. She really did not explain the lab and did not remember why I was getting certain tests in which the outcome was important to me and I had been worrying about it.

She talked too much: •Gave personal comments about herself and her children; how many, how smart, college degrees... •Kept delving into my past history to nearly an absurd degree; asking things that have absolutely nothing to do with arthritis, medicine... She did not acknowledge or simply record my symptoms as fact but continually compared them to herself saying "I don't have that" or asked more and more questions about it until I could no longer provide an answer which made it seem unlikely or doubted. I have dealt with many doctors both as care-givers and professionally and directly in two careers. Dr. Klich-Nowak is a very rare provider and in fact my favorite provider of all time. My strongest advice to Mass General Brigham / Cooley Dickinson Hospital is to never lose her. There are only a handful of doctors like her.

First rate operation. Happy they decreased my Remicade to a one hour infusion. Staff is terrific and make the experience more pleasant.

She is a very knowledgeable woman who is very much on my side and has been really working with me with my treatment and showing amazing care and concern for me.

The appointment went smoothly from nurse check in to Dr Nowaks appointments Nowak is extremely knowledgeable in her field. !! She is thorough in her questioning and her suggestions . She had me get a blood test and reported the results through her nurse as soon as it came out . She also gave me information to read about infusions and meds for stronger bones. Very happy with my care.

This is the second visit where it's been clear that she has not read my chart. A few visits back, she looked at me and said, oh, have we met? And we had met at least four times. This time, I left the previous visit talking about DexScan and Estradol. And she had already spoken to an OB-GYN about my case. And then this time, she didn't mention any of that. Acted like she didn't know anything about it when I asked for a second DexScan. Anyway, it just seems like she doesn't read the file at all before she walks in the office.

I waited over a year to see Dr. Nowak, and I saw other providers in the meantime also in her office, but couldn't get to her because she's so in high demand, and now I know why, because she's very, very good at what she does. More than one person had recommended her to me, and I was, let's not say happily surprised at how much she knew, but she was so honest and knowledgeable.
