Dr. Tara Iyer is the most knowledgeable doctor I have encountered--I wish I had met her decades ago to help me through my pre menopausal issues with far more expertise than I experienced with my local doctors. She is simply extraordinary: clear, full of the latest evidence-based research information, beautifully articulate about every question or issue she encounters, with tremendous detail and specificity. It is a profound pleasure and honor to work with her.

My provider is only focused on medication to treat menopause. They are not patient focused or in any way attuned to medical history or current conditions.

I just want to say that Dr. Iyer was very wonderful and understood and actually looked at my history of my complaint and that it had been going on for years, which is a first in my history of dealing with doctors. So she's great.

Dr. Iyer is extremely knowledgeable about post-menopausal health and an excellent communicator. She is able to quickly assess and provide highly targeted medical advice that has deepened the quality of my care and, as a result, the impact of my care. I feel very fortunate to be seeing her and we need many, many more providers who can provide informed, educated, and up-to-date information for peri- and post-menopausal women.

I have been working with this provider for years, and they are consistently helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen, understand possible reasons for concerns, and offer interventions that truly work. Discussing health information can feel vulnerable, but they make it easy and comfortable. I also refer patients to them frequently because I trust the quality of their care.

I had no problem with the provider. I did have a problem waving a year to talk to somebody, and no follow up appointment. It was a total failure.

I felt rushed through the appointment. Rushed to make a quick decision about medication change options and treated as though I were stupid for not making a rapid decision. My case is complex and important details were not brought up by the physician.

Hi, this is [redacted] for Dr. Tara Iyer. I thought she was very knowledgeable in her area. I think there was definitely a disconnect, however, in the conversation part of the visit. I think it was a little bit tricky for her to hear my questions as I was framing them. I think she was hearing kind of another question that was adjacent and related and felt a little bit more like a script that she might have been following rather than tuning into who I was, what my background was, and what specifically I was asking about. And it might have just been an off day for her. I know we all have them, but it was a little odd having that communication barrier in that particular visit.

I am thankful I have this provider to help me and hear me with my concerns during this phase in my life. She has been amazing.
