I think the doctor was running behind the day of my appointment (can't recall timing on previous appointments). Otherwise, she was very pleasant to work with.

She was a sub for my provider who is on leave. I was worried about that but she was excellent and I felt fully cared for.

I have been a patient at the Hadley office for over 40 years. My experiences have been excellent and courteous from the front office to the medical assistants to the PCPs to the blood and x-ray providers. There is no better system in this area or dare I say in the commonwealth!

This visit was complicated because it involved my provider setting up pro-op tests and pre-op visit within 30 days prior to surgery however the date of surgery might be sooner than scheduled! She brilliantly set up two dates for maximum flexibility and effectiveness. She is very astute and attentive.

This was our first meeting (the doctor, who I normally see was unavailable on that date) She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to explain things.

She is caring, empathic, and concerned.

Dr Menz is exceptional; she gives time, understanding, and expertise.

She asked me if I was comfortable having an AI transcription of the appointment, and I voiced disdain for AI, so she couched the request as saving her from having to type during the appointment. This made me feel like by refusing the AI, I would be inconveniencing her, and I felt pressured into agreeing to it. However, having AI record the appointment made me uncomfortable, and I found myself being more careful about what I said. I would not talk about anything sensitive with AI recording the appointment. Doctors need to ask about this tech in a more sensitive way that doesn't make patients feel pressured into acquiescing. I am anti-AI listening in on doctor's office visits.

Dr. Menz did my breast exam. She was very competent and thorough. After she received the results of the mammogram she TELEPHONED me at home to let me know that she would contact the Breast Center Coordinater at CD so that an appointment for a biopsy could be made. Unfortunately, I had not been able to make the appointment earlier in the day because they had not yet received the order from the doctor. Since my regular primary physician is Dr. Sahd, perhaps there needed to be a consultation between the two doctors?

I really liked Dr. Menz and we were able to have a frank discussion about my past medical experiences and current research she knows about. She was very careful and thorough in going through my previous medical records and following up about current issues. She was very easy to talk to openly about medical issues and she even sent me a list of exercises, which was really nice!

Tania Menz is definitely one of the most thorough MD's that I have been to. She is efficient but takes the time to really listen to concerns, and addresses each one. She provides information and resources. She is kind, patient, a rare find, especially with how health care has changed so drastically. I am so grateful that is my PCP.

Dr. Menz is probably the best doctor I've seen in years. She definitely listens to everything you say, all of your concerns. She tries to find a way to help you that is within your means. I can't say enough good about Dr. Menz. She is fantastic and I would recommend her to anybody.

Dr. Menz was very knowledgeable, she was very patient, she explained things to me. You know, we actually had a couple of laughs. So all in all, I get to see her once a year for a special reason and she remembered me from last year. All in all, it was just a really nice experience.

I appreciated that I was able to get an appointment right away because I was experiencing discomfort from a suspected UTI. I also appreciated my overall experience visiting the office. The staff, nurse, and Dr. Menz were welcoming and attentive.
