I think Dr Menz is a very competent physician. But this practice is always running very late. [redacted] The result of this is that all conversations with Dr Menz feel very rushed and I don't ever leave feeling that I've been able to discuss things as thoroughly as I'd like.

This provider has a refreshing sense of humor along with strong interpersonal communication skills.

She admitted she was rushed and needed to be clipped, which she felt bad about because she was running so behind. It was the first time I was meeting her as a new patient appointment and there were many moments where she was like astoundingly rude and dismissive and condescending and yet she did also tend to the couple of things that were important to me, giving me the things I needed in terms of a test to check something out. She was good at in the end giving me what I needed medically [redacted]

She was not my regular PCP, but she knew everything about me. She was kind and took the time to really check in with me. I was not rushed and she answered all my questions.

She listens and respects everything that I have to say and she's always very helpful and kind and I know that's something that is pretty rare nowadays and has been rare for quite some time. This was my first visit with Dr.Menz and I am hoping to have her for a primary care ! She was patient in reviewing my medical history. But I have some hearing loss and she was wearing a mask so sometimes I did not understand whaat she was saying. She ordered lab work and I was pleased to have the blood drowned before I left. Also it was very nice to have a phone call about the la b results and follow-up.

I think the doctor was running behind the day of my appointment (can't recall timing on previous appointments). Otherwise, she was very pleasant to work with.

She was a sub for my provider who is on leave. I was worried about that but she was excellent and I felt fully cared for.

I have been a patient at the Hadley office for over 40 years. My experiences have been excellent and courteous from the front office to the medical assistants to the PCPs to the blood and x-ray providers. There is no better system in this area or dare I say in the commonwealth!

My visit, I felt, with Dr. Menz was very productive. And in fact, all the tests that she wanted scheduled, I've just gotten calls today, and I've got the ultrasound and the MRI. This visit was complicated because it involved my provider setting up pro-op tests and pre-op visit within 30 days prior to surgery however the date of surgery might be sooner than scheduled! She brilliantly set up two dates for maximum flexibility and effectiveness. She is very astute and attentive.

This was our first meeting (the doctor, who I normally see was unavailable on that date) She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to explain things.

She is caring, empathic, and concerned.

Dr Menz is exceptional; she gives time, understanding, and expertise.

She asked me if I was comfortable having an AI transcription of the appointment, and I voiced disdain for AI, so she couched the request as saving her from having to type during the appointment. This made me feel like by refusing the AI, I would be inconveniencing her, and I felt pressured into agreeing to it. However, having AI record the appointment made me uncomfortable, and I found myself being more careful about what I said. I would not talk about anything sensitive with AI recording the appointment. Doctors need to ask about this tech in a more sensitive way that doesn't make patients feel pressured into acquiescing. I am anti-AI listening in on doctor's office visits.

Dr. Menz did my breast exam. She was very competent and thorough. After she received the results of the mammogram she TELEPHONED me at home to let me know that she would contact the Breast Center Coordinater at CD so that an appointment for a biopsy could be made. Unfortunately, I had not been able to make the appointment earlier in the day because they had not yet received the order from the doctor. Since my regular primary physician is Dr. Sahd, perhaps there needed to be a consultation between the two doctors?
