Hi, I spent a little bit too much time, I think, with a younger doctor who did a lot of the intake for me, all my discussion about my issues, records. She was great taking notes and she was great checking my body for things and then discussing me with the doctor. But I think she actually spent more time with me than the main doctor that I was supposed to see and then she joined in actually with the group, with the two of them. And she was great, but I was not expecting to spend more than half of my time with her, which I think was the case this time. So with the original doctor, Kaplan, who I was scheduled with, did spend time with me. I felt like it was a little bit more rushed by the time she came in with me. And she did take the time to sit with me and talk. And they discussed among themselves, but I wish I could have spent a little more time with the actual doctor. Thank you.

Dr. Kaplan is brilliant and understands MS and made a good decision on my part to change my medicine and she's very patient and understanding.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kaplan for many years. She always treats me with respect and greets me with a smile. She takes an appropriate amount of time with me and listens very carefully. She is always interested in my care and well-being. We always talk about cutting edge research and I feel that she has my best interest at heart. She made a point of it to walk me to the front desk personally to make sure that I had an appropriate timeframe for follow up. Given her new educational duties her schedule is somewhat limited. As long as I book appointments while in advance, I know I will be well cared for. She's a fantastic provider and should be commended.

She is always friendly, calm, and interested in what I say. For example untold that I sing well, though my talking is bad. She expressed that this was interesting and had her accompany use her iPhone to find a song for me to sing to. I felt very good about what I had shown them!

Yes, I've been seeing Dr. Kaplan for a long time. I really like her very much, so I'm very happy with her. Only thing I'm not happy, but it's good for her. She's being promoted to some level of a chair. So I'll only be able to see her every year now instead of every six months. So I'm going to have to swap between her and the nurse practitioner. So it's good for her. She's very good. I like her a lot. At least I can still see her, but like I said, no complaints on her. I like her very much.

Dr. Kaplan is an amazing provider. She's interested in your life. She's got fantastic experience and medical knowledge, and she knows exactly how to treat a patient. She knows how to care for a patient, and she really doesn't just care for you, she cares for your whole family. I can't imagine anybody else treating me for my MS except Dr. Kaplan. She's absolutely remarkable, and I'm so grateful that the Brigham hired her. Thank you.
