Dr. Shorr has the most caring and thought attitude and an understanding of my personal problems. I always feel very confident with her advice.

I sent a question to Dr. Shorr and expected to receive an answer by email. Instead, she wanted us to have a zoom call together which was much more beneficial for me. I think Dr. Shorr is fabulous. I have total trust in her recommendations for me.

[redacted] Dr. Shorr is superlative in every respect. She recently dropped me a note saying she had followed my treatment [redacted]. She first identified my heart flutter and channeled me to a cardiologist. Dr. Shorr, however, doesn't merely pass a patient off, even into the most competent hands, but, as I've indicated, monitors her or his care in those other hands. On one occasion when she apparently thought a test was slow in being ordered, she ordered it herself. I cannot recommend this physician highly enough; she is a great credit to her vocation!

Yes, I had a lot to say because of some issues going on with my body and Dr. Shorr listened and she definitely understood what was going on. Whatever I suggested, she thought about and then we discussed and then we made the decision whether we should get that test or not. So I was very happy with my visit. Matter of fact, it was probably one of the better visits that I've had.

My experience with Dr. Shorr has always been very good. She's thorough and a good listener. If anything comes up between annual check ups I message her on the Mass General Brigham portal and get any questions answered or schedule an appointment.

We went over five different things that I had to have taken care of. She's very courteous, polite, and the nurse that was associated with her was just as wonderful. Doctor Thalia Shorr is probably one of the kindest and knowledgeable doctor I had the pleasure to meet. She knew not only my medical history, but also my parents' health issues. I needed to see an eye and ear specialist and she arranged that for me. Within minutes after leaving her office, I got a call from the specialist to make an appointment. I felt in good hands and I trust her with any decision she takes about my health. I do feel she genuinely cares about her patients a lot.

When I had a follow up question through patient gateway, it was initially dismissed by a nurse who didn't read the message fully. She immediately referred me to the ED instead of reaching out and showing my provider my message. Once I probed more, the doctor was contacted and the course of treatment was different. I think the nurse who originally answered the question shouldn't have jumped to conclusions so quickly. She was out of her expertise and should've reached out to a doctor first thing instead of answering my question herself.

Good experience with my PCP my symptoms and issues are a bit elusive and I have follow up blood tests and she put in a referral for a Rheumatologist. I am frustrated about the symptoms overtaking my body and subsequently my life. Dr. Shorr is very responsive and being helpful.

The provider that I saw was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable about what I was experiencing. She also set up a care plan that I felt was very good for what I was going through. And she also walked me through multiple different scenarios and what to do if each of them occurred.

I had a positive experience. Dr. Shorr always listens to all my concerns. I went in, I had probably three or four things I wanted to speak to her about. She addressed all four of them, explained everything completely like she always does. She's very compassionate and listens to all my concerns. I had a wonderful experience with her. as I always do. She took care of all my concerns and I was very happy.

This is truly the most well run office I have ever experienced. And dr [redacted] was correct. She left [redacted] in the best care with Dr Shorr who likely should be teaching in a medical school because not only is she thorough and competent? She has a bedside manner that I think is unparalleled in my [redacted] yrs of going to a pcp! I really like my pcp but When I leave= [redacted] appts, my blood pressure is lower, I feel relieved at our plans to continue the best care possible for a guy who continues to become more medically challenging. Dr Schorr is absolutely Amazing! I have to have a PC Dr at the VA to get care there but I still go to Dr Schorr because of the try trust I have with her and I want her to be the one to make decisions about my care bs the VA PC Dr. I tried referring her to other family members and friends but she was not taking in any new Patients to her practice!
