I have had an issue with my eyes since birth and my provider outside of Mass Eye and Ear continued to tell me I was fine. This provider here listened carefully and was able to diagnose me with an issue within minutes of seeing me and gave me options to correct it.

I can't believe how incredibly blessed I am to have such amazing doctors who are so caring, smart, humble, competent, kind, patient, hard-working, dedicated, and self sacrificing. We are beyond blessed to have these incredible minds, and people filled with deep and broad intelligence able to execute astonishing technical feats to save people's vision. I appreciate everyone from The initial contact at the emergency room to the people who tried to make sure I got an appointment when I needed one, especially [redacted], and to both of the doctors I saw today I am deeply grateful for your incredible training and dedication and feel like I'm in great hands. [redacted] I felt extremely reassured by the wisdom of the doctors who make me feel as though I will heal, and my vision will come back and that they will stay on top of this and if things get worse, they will be able to try to fix it to the best of their abilities. I appreciate they are helping me avoid surgery if it's not absolutely necessary. Dr Estrela is great: professional and relaxed, direct and informative, personable and caring. Although she is tightly scheduled, she seemed to have all the time in the world for me. She didn't look at a computer screen once when I was with her.

Dr. Tais is an excellent professional. She was patient enough to explain my problem to me in detail and the most favorable options for me.

Everyone at the practice was polite, helpful and professional. The Doctor was easy to understand and spoke in layman's terms.

Dr Estrela did a thorough exam and explained her finding clearly in a amnner that enabled me to understand the difficulties I am having wiht ny eyesight. It was that first time that any provider has so expertly integrated the issues I experience in a way that made sense, currently and historically. The also identified a contriibuting structural eye problem that could be treated and made the appropriate referral. I am very thankful for her care! [redacted]
