I am very, very happy with the way things are conducted in Mass General, especially my primary care, Dr. Kodali, and her nurse. So thank you very much for accommodating me.

It is my opinion that Dr. Kodali, if not the best, is one of the best care providers at MGH. She is very professional, direct but also listens patiently and carefully to my issues. She has an excellent assistant, Sandy, who listens to all my concerns and provides Dr. Kodali with all my info so that she is able to spend the quality time addressing my issues.

I am completing this survey for the televisit I had, with someone that was not my doctor. She was fine, but she and I did not discuss my medication, I am sure she knew what I take. Myself and my primary always review medication. This televisit only lasted about couple of minutes, maybe 2-3 minutes, so I do not have a lot to say.

I'm very happy with the way I'm taken care of and I'm very grateful to receive such excellent support and treatment.
