I had fallen down the stairs, the Monday prior to my visit. Not knowing at the time I fractured ribs and the pain became worse to the point that I needed to see a provider on Thanksgiving day. I went to three Mass General./Brigham walk-in clinics. All were closed.!! I called my doctors office the next day, which was the Friday after Thanksgiving and I was extremely grateful, and extremely fortunate to be able to get an appointment that morning 9:30 AM. I was also extremely grateful and fortunate, that Dr SVETLIN H DINOVSKI was on call that day. He is incredibly knowledgeable with his field. He is kind, and Patient. He was extremely caring. He took the time to read through all my records and we discussed everything to make sure he gave me the proper care, and offer any medication that would not interact with anything I was taking. He ordered urgent x-rays, and said I will call you in two hours to let you know the outcome and we will address the situation more at that time. He called within five minutes of the two hours he promised! Thankfully, he suggested the x-rays because the pain and bruising was not the worst case scenario but worse than I expected. I want to thank Mass General West for opening their offices that day and I want to thank the doctor for taking his time away from his family on a holiday weekend. I also want to express my disappointment in the outpatient walk-in clinics on Thanksgiving day -

Dr. Dinovski is a very personable communicator and knowledgeable physician. He has a wide knowledge of multiple medical specialties and identifies choices a patient can make regarding the value of being referred. I have had appointments with him many times over the past few years and value also his rapid response to messages we exchange.

This was annual physical. Dr. did complete exam and asked lots of questions. I had several questions for him which he answered carefully. Afterwards, I received an e-mail with results of the various tests they performed.

I feel fortunate to have Dr. Dinovski as my PCP. He is knowledgeable, admits when he doesn't know something (and looks it up), builds strong rapport, and is a careful listener. At a time when so many physicians are under pressure to rush appointments to see more patients, I have never once felt rushed by Dr. Dinovski. He now also sees my parents - this, I think, is the ultimate form of review - and the care he gives them is equally excellent. MGB is lucky to have him!

First time seeing Dr Dinovski and it was a very pleasant experience. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He immediately followed up on my blood work.

This was an urgent care visit. I had not previously met this provider. He treated me with respect and listened carefully, but my concern was not completely alleviated. [redacted] He spent more time reassuring me vs giving me specific advice or direction on preventing what happened. [redacted]

I went in with a prostate possible concern, and we ran various blood and urine tests. I asked if we are including a PSA test, and then the Dr. said he would add it. Not sure why a digital prostate exam was not performed while there. Guess I need clarity as to why not given my concern.

The doctor was very good in answering questions I had about whether or not I needed to take Paxlovid for a recent COVID positive test period. And the other thing was, even though he was delayed because he was seeing another patient, I was informed of that by the office in advance. So, it was a very good virtual experience. and it is a doctor I had never met in person, but he was very effective in answering my questions.

This group is the best healthcare professionals I ever ever had the pleasure of interacting with.

I had a problem when I saw the provider. He listened to me carefully. He was very knowledgeable and performed certain tests to check out and see what he could do about the problem. He diagnosed it. He helped me to understand what he was doing. He made a change in my medications. I can say now a few days out, it seems to be working. I have confidence in him. He listens to what I say.
