Very abrupt - seemed to be in a hurry. Appeared to be half-listening.

[redacted] The provider came in & spoke to her colleague about the information she had gathered from talking to me. The provider did a quick assessment & was in & out of the room within about 5 minutes [redacted]. She did not speak to me. After her quick evaluation she gave the details to her colleague & told her to explain the information & answer my questions. [redacted]

It was a quick to the point appointment confirming I didn't need any treatment.

I was very pleased with Dr. Freitag. I was so nervous about my thyroid eye disease and hadn't got really any answers. And it's hard, thyroid eye disease, very hard to tell someone that, you know, you're going to get over it because you're not. But the doctor was very good explaining things to me, what might happen. I wasn't happy hearing that, but she was honest and she was accurate and I felt very comfortable and she gave me hope.

Dr Freitag is amazing! She was thoughtful of the time and distance for me to come to see her and ordered all the necessary testing to be done the same day as my appointment with her

I had a fabulous experience with the care provider. I could tell that she had looked at my MRI results and really thought about what could possibly be going on with me. She gave me a plausible reason for why I might have swelling around my eye and she was able to answer all of my questions.

I am a retired physician. I was delighted and honored to have the care of Dr. Freitag. I flew up to Boston from Florida as my physician sources there told me the world's best care for my problem would be with her and the Mass General Eye/Plastics Surgery clinic.

This is the first time I met Dr. Freitag and I like her very much. She was friendly, interested, and professional. She listened carefully and provided me with the information I needed.

I have been seeing Dr. Freitag since late 2019 for 2 reconstructive surgeries and follow-up care. It has always been comforting and encouraging to meet with Dr. Freitag and her Fellows/residents. She has built a splendid team.

Hello, the first person I met who did some of the tests on my eyes, I can't remember, but I don't know now. Was she a nurse? Was she a technician? I do not know.

[redacted] I was having some complications from my surgery. Evidently my lymph glands reacted to the eye surgery. [redacted] When I had the appointment with Dr. Freitag, she almost was dismissive of me. When I asked her about Having the rest of my eyelids lifted she was very dismissive of that surgery. I came to her for an eyelid lift the lower eyelid lift was what she suggested first. I have told her that my vision is not that good with my eyelids drooping. She told me to lift my eyelids would not improve my vision that much. I don't know if she was angry with me for trying to get answers about my surgery or what was going on. The surgery she performed is good. She made the comment at the end of our visit. My work here is done. I thought that was a little odd. sure she's frustrated [redacted]. But I would've liked a few more warm fuzzies. [redacted]

Dr. Freitag was absolutely amazing. She was extremely responsive and clear in her explanation of what her care plan was going to be for me. She is still in the midst of figuring it all out right now. I do not feel like I am at all left to figure out a very complicated situation on my own. I'm being treated with the utmost respect and kindness by Dr. Freitag.

I had a CAT scan prior to my appointment with Dr. Freitag. The CAT people that did the CAT scan and the receptionist and everything were magnificent. They were wonderful. And Dr. Freitag is wonderful also. They give you a lot of confidence, you know, in their abilities and knowledge and make you feel comfortable. And I could not ask for a better experience. I would highly recommend Mass Eye and Ear and I'm just happy that I can go and get treated there.

I think the doctor was very good, very thorough, ordering a CAT scan to look at both of my eyes and plus the biopsy to rule out something autoimmune. So I appreciated that. And I think I may have answered some other questions incorrectly. So I just want to say that my overall experience was excellent there. I think I may have put in a one, which meant no, but that's not what I meant. So everything should be very, very positive. Thank you so much.

The visit was very thorough. The assistant was very attentive and conducted an initial evaluation. Then the doctor performed her evaluation. I was completely satisfied with the complete exam.
