Hello, the first person I met who did some of the tests on my eyes, I can't remember, but I don't know now. Was she a nurse? Was she a technician? I do not know.

[redacted] I was having some complications from my surgery. Evidently my lymph glands reacted to the eye surgery. [redacted] When I had the appointment with Dr. Freitag, she almost was dismissive of me. When I asked her about Having the rest of my eyelids lifted she was very dismissive of that surgery. I came to her for an eyelid lift the lower eyelid lift was what she suggested first. I have told her that my vision is not that good with my eyelids drooping. She told me to lift my eyelids would not improve my vision that much. I don't know if she was angry with me for trying to get answers about my surgery or what was going on. The surgery she performed is good. She made the comment at the end of our visit. My work here is done. I thought that was a little odd. sure she's frustrated [redacted]. But I would've liked a few more warm fuzzies. [redacted]

Dr. Freitag was absolutely amazing. She was extremely responsive and clear in her explanation of what her care plan was going to be for me. She is still in the midst of figuring it all out right now. I do not feel like I am at all left to figure out a very complicated situation on my own. I'm being treated with the utmost respect and kindness by Dr. Freitag.

I had a CAT scan prior to my appointment with Dr. Freitag. The CAT people that did the CAT scan and the receptionist and everything were magnificent. They were wonderful. And Dr. Freitag is wonderful also. They give you a lot of confidence, you know, in their abilities and knowledge and make you feel comfortable. And I could not ask for a better experience. I would highly recommend Mass Eye and Ear and I'm just happy that I can go and get treated there.

I think the doctor was very good, very thorough, ordering a CAT scan to look at both of my eyes and plus the biopsy to rule out something autoimmune. So I appreciated that. And I think I may have answered some other questions incorrectly. So I just want to say that my overall experience was excellent there. I think I may have put in a one, which meant no, but that's not what I meant. So everything should be very, very positive. Thank you so much.

The visit was very thorough. The assistant was very attentive and conducted an initial evaluation. Then the doctor performed her evaluation. I was completely satisfied with the complete exam. It was overall a very positive experience. I felt that my concerns and questions were addressed appropriately and very thoughtful answers were provided. It was a very positive visit.
