Yes, this was my first time with the visit. I met with the doctor. She's a surgeon and her nurse and a primary care physician's assistant and another doctor, Dr. [redacted]. They were all wonderful. They made me feel comfortable with the knowledge they had of my background, my experiences and what was ahead of me. We just, after what they told me and explained the good and the bad, I decided to go forward with the surgery and I have really full confidence in the team, especially Dr. Baron and Dr. [redacted]. Yes, my experience obviously is something new to me. I never thought I had a cardio problem. I am a pulmonary patient, but Dr. Baron and her constituents, they were wonderful to me. It's just that it's a little confusing to me to listen to cardio prognosis and come up with a decision so quick. They were extremely comforting and always eager to answer any question, but I kind of didn't have that many questions because I didn't know this was going to be that much of an intricate meeting. All of the providers were exceptionally thorough showing an immense amount of compassion and care. I was extremely impressed with how informative they were and how much time they spent. They went above and beyond to accommodate tricky schedule, trying to transport my mom who came by stretcher late due to transport company delays.
