Excellent experience

Dr Wishnia took the time to review my case and explained in great detail the surgical procedure. Although the surgery was not recommended at this time, she answered all questions and offered a follow-up consultation visit if I needed any additional information or had additional symptoms. I would highly recommend her and would absolutly have her perform my procedure in the future if necessary.

My doctor is fantastic. She takes her time answering and questions I have and explains everything to me. At one time I was taken there by ambulance because of perforated ulcers and my wonderful doctor saved my life. She is an angel.

Great experience

I loved my care provider. The problem I had was with the lab. There was an hour and 20 minute wait to have a blood draw. And I asked if that was typical and they said yes, it is. And I went by the next day, too. I waited the hour and 20 minutes, but when I went by the next day, too, there was a full waiting room. And they said that's very typical that they have a long wait. So something to think about.

Dr Wishnia was kind and thorough. Her demeanor was just what I look for in a doctor especially a surgeon.. who are typically egotistical.

Dr. Wishnia and the entire team at the weight loss center are the pinnacle of professionalism. Their knowledge, experience and abilities are beyond question. I'm not being hyperbolic. That team's methods and practices caused me to lose over 130 pounds in one year, something I didn't think was possible, but here we are. And I was able to do this without drugs and unpleasant side effects and having to give up any of my favorite foods. I have been involved with the clinic since June, 2024 and I have always felt that everyone there was working in my best interests. They never make you feel like you did something wrong. You only get encouragement. You know that everyone there is on your side. Most importantly, their whole attitude and approach make you want to succeed. I am very grateful that I was able to get involved with the weight loss center. I've talked to other people who have had weight loss surgery at other hospitals. I come away from those conversations with the feeling that I was fortunate enough to be involved with the best surgeon, support staff and program anywhere. I'm living proof.

This entire department is filled with friendly people. From the moment you walk in you feel comfortable and at ease. They are thorough, and listen attentively and are very encouraging. They are always positive, when I expressed negativity toward myself, they were quick to tell me I shouldn't that it is an life long issue and I don't need to be embarrassed.
