I'm not sure I was able to communicate well with the doctor. I don't think she understood what was happening very well and I had to call back the next day to get the medication I really needed (antibiotic).

Yes, Dr. Nualpring was exceptionally kind and involved with all of my medical care and forward-looking in terms of what kinds of things I should be thinking about, as well as following up with some of the information from the blood work that was done subsequent to my appointment. So I can't say anything not good about her. She was great, as were the surrounding office staff.

The doctor was great and took my symptoms and concerns seriously and started me on a medication as a precaution which was the exact right call.

The experience was very, very positive. I couldn't be happier with the care by both the doctor, the nurses, the receptionists, etc.

This was my first appt with Dr. Nualpring [redacted]. Nualpring was very caring but also very adept at listening to my symptoms and as soon as I exhibited pain upon abdominal examination, she immediately stopped and said tests would be ordered asap. That same visit a blood panel was run, urine sample taken and in the early pm a CT scan was given. I couldn't have asked for a higher performing medical team than what I experience on [redacted].

The only problem I had was finding the place.

Consistently, every time I need to visit Salem Hospital, satellite offices for various specialties, and in particular, my own local physician's office building for care, I am met with honest, knowledgeable professionals who exhibit sincere understanding and work hard to address my concerns and deliver a path to feeling ? again. My experiences with MGH have been what I consider to be very close to the gold standard in healthcare. I trust my doctors and nurses implicitly. The care that is taken to hire the best; from those who ensure the offices are sparkling, to those answering the phones and checking patients in, to lab personnel and medical techs, to Nurses, NP's and Doctors is world class. I thank God every time I visit an office that I live in Boston, as our medical care is the best in the country.
